She is single handedly ruining your clients experiences. I listened to the other ladies at the front, they were all very nice to everyone and all smiles. Kim left a horrible taste in our mouths and is the reason I personally will not be coming back for my eye exams after the way she treated my boyfriend. He was nervous to come in as he has never had his eyes checked and she spoke to him like her was stupid and kept sighing like he was an idiot. Berated him for being 5 minutes late when we were actually 15 minutes early but no one was there to help him so we left and came back and she acted like we were idiot children (in our 30s by the way). Also, don't make appointments for 8am then not have the door unlocked for 8am appointments that's asinine. If she were my front desk and a clients first impression I would be incredibly embarrassed.

Dr. Dennis is an excellent optometrist who gives you an extensive eye exam. She gave me one of the…read morebest eye exams I have had and then referred me to a specialist when the pressure in my eyes were a bit high which can lead to macular degeneration. She takes quality time with you to explain what she is doing and why vs., going beyond the usual eye exam I have had in the past. I recently renewed my drivers license and was able to have her fill out a vision form which I submitted in lieu of taking the vision test there, which shortened my appointment time at the DMV. I would highly recommend Dr. Dennis to anyone who is looking for a qualified optometrist in the Reno Sparks area. She is friendly and very accommodating with an office staff who are friendly and efficient as well.

When I called my eye was watering because of pain and after speaking to him I was crying. It's giving power trip not let me help you. I'm very disappointed that I reached out to them, save yourself the headache and just go up the street to Optic Gallery with Dr Sisson, they're actually professionals there. Sy is actually worse than we first thought, he says demeaning things to try and trigger you and if you react he calls you crazy an insults you. I feel so bad for the staff that has to work under him. If the doctors are okay with patients being treated like this by their management then it's a BLESSING I wasn't able to get in today. Can't wait to see what kind of snarky remark Sy has to say to the reviews I'm sure they'll be just as charming as him. As far as your response Sy, you and I BOTH know that's not how that went down. You spoke down to me the entire time. Interrupted me, insulted my intelligence, called me a liar and said I was making things up and then insulted my mother. You can say whatever you want on yelp/google but like I said before we both know what really happened.

The Oakley Vault- This is a wonderful location and a great…read morestop to check out everything Oakley. I have been a huge fan of this brand for many many years, and more to come and have always stood behind their products but like most companies they have their upsides and their downsides. Here is my opinion on both of them and more about what i think of this store and the brand. From the first time i walked in i was in awe, i was greeted by a nice guy and well i was then stared at by another employee who didnt say anything just looked at me, kinda awkward but overall it did not phase me. But when walking around and looking at things the store is laid out well, the clearances items are located in the back, yes they do have some great deals. do not let the front prices scare you from a great thing. When i was browsing around i noticed some goods and some bads, some of those now when it came to the sunglasses i was looking at they were on clearance and well they were being handled by some kids whom were stretching the frames and well if they were being bought by me, i wouldve not bought them. Why because if there is kids not being watched from their parents and well they might have broken or weaken the products. I ended up just turning around and walking away, from the area and checked out the other items. I ended up just not buying anything only cause the employees were just chit chatting around an not paying attention about items being tampered with. I just hope that whom ever is in charge can make some changes mostly for the good, but if not well i am not sure how much longer i might be shopping here. I love the brand but the store needs some much improvements and the employees need to be doing something other then just worrying about their own conversations and be more engaged about whats happening around the store.
