Had our exams next door- Dr.Long- very nice and professional- Loved the free extra pair of glasses! Went with my go to Ray Ban sunglasses (for fishing).. and all around outside .. Staff was very helpful and customer focused.. Prices are a lot less than going with a regular optometrist..

I brought my doctor shy husband here and he appreciated it. However things have changed. The office staff doesn't return phone calls. They won't let you order a different brand contacts if preferred even though other shops have done it no problem in the past for 20 years. Even my coworkers were confused as to why it would be a problem. This location told me I'd have to call the other location in order to visit the doctor ALL OVER AGAIN to be "fitted". I can't do that easily due to my dependents. The automated phone system is absolutely abysmal if you're unable to speak clearly. There's no physical button to request a human. So good luck if you're sick or have a throat module.

I didn't have to get my eyes dilated.. (because I had that last year).. and my vision in one eye went down slightly.. 20/15 .. Took advantage of getting a pair of sunglasses (for my upcoming fishing trip).. polarizes and mirrored Ray Bans.. yes it was $300 but I feel it's worth it.. Last time I got the glasses from Costco and they were cheaper, but I had problems with the glasses not fitting.. DH had his appt. and he was having issues with his vision.. After cataract surgery he has been developing that film over the lens..besides that irritation due to allergies.. Glad he had his check up.. Will be getting the laser to remove film and picked up a steroid eye drops. Dr. was very compassionate to his concerns..

So we called and were able to get in pretty quick (about a week from my call). We got back to back appts and the best part was they took us at the same time. Everything was so smooth and easy. Front desk staff team were friendly and helpful at both check-in and check-out. Nara took us to the back to do the initial eye checks before we saw Dr. Moerdick for the full exam. I love any doctor who is friendly and has great "bedside" manner so to speak. Dr. Moerdick is phenomenal. He moves quick, doesn't sugar coat anything, makes it fun, explains options, and really is on the go, go, go. I loved it. After our exams we went out to the main area to check the options for eye glasses and sunglasses. It was at this point that we worked with Angel. He also was very friendly and helped get us fitted, explained costs with insurance, etc. Since we just need glasses for distance, which was also an option if we wanted and not required, we decided to each get a pair. Their 90 day trial of the glasses is fantastic. So if for any reason they aren't working out or we want something different we can bring them back to be exchanged or fixed, but they do ask that you try them for a minimum of 14 days to start before making any decision changes. We honestly were extremely pleased with our visit. So unless there is an issue with our glass after we pick them up or an eye issue, we won't need to go back for a year. Truly a wonderful experience...and I've already recommended Dr. Moerdick and Pritchett Eye Care to others.

If they even bother to answer the phone you are immediately placed on a long term hold, basically they are hoping you hang up. If you do actually get to speak to someone they make promises about finding out what is taking so long and that they will call you back which they never do. I have never had such an awful experience as I have had at this place. Buyer beware, do not order anything from this place.

I haven't been to this office in months and have not made any effort to order contacts after leaving, either. Now, I can understand wanting to follow up with questions. I was very polite yesterday and stated that I have found a new practice to be seen at. Today, 10/4 I got ANOTHER phone call about a future appointment I had, that needed to be adjusted. The folks in the office need better training to READ THE NOTES. I called and, I'll be honest, I rudely asked to be obliterated from the system. This practice doesn't have either the man-power or the training to make sure things run smoothly. My first review I wrote was frustrated.... Now, I'm just mad. The lack of awareness is astounding. Unless you love a doctor here, don't go.

I just got new insurance and tried to go to Costco and they seriously have the worst customer service which is sad because I worked there for more than 9 years. I looked up different eye places and saw that this office wasn't far from me and they looked really clean and professional. I gave them a call and asked them if I could just get my glasses there since I had already seen an optometrist and had my prescription. They said it was no problem at all and gave me their hours. I came in and it was a little busy which was expected since I didn't make an appt or anything since I was just getting glasses. They have such a huge selection!!! I was in glasses heaven! I tried on clear lenses and also sunglasses as well. I found my perfect pair. Looked at the price tag and ouch it was a $500 pair of sunglasses. Hahaha. I said to myself, dang it why do I have to have expensive taste? But knowing that my insurance would cover some of it I tried them on with the assistant that helped me and I fell in love. I never heard of Tom Fords but apparently they are a really good brand. They do have many other brands here that are higher end and mid end and lower end also. A week before my appointment, I realized I had overbooked myself with another Dr appointment and needed to reschedule. I called the office and the woman at the front desk argued with me stating I had already rescheduled this and she needed to know why I was doing so again. I explained I had not rescheduled, this was my first time calling the office but she did not believe me. I'm not sure why she was so argumentative or why this mattered. I ended up cancelling the appointment as this is no way to treat a new patient. There are plenty of other optometrists in the area that will have better customer service.
