I have been a huge fan of this brand for many many years, and more to come and have always stood behind their products but like most companies they have their upsides and their downsides. Here is my opinion on both of them and more about what i think of this store and the brand. From the first time i walked in i was in awe, i was greeted by a nice guy and well i was then stared at by another employee who didnt say anything just looked at me, kinda awkward but overall it did not phase me. But when walking around and looking at things the store is laid out well, the clearances items are located in the back, yes they do have some great deals. do not let the front prices scare you from a great thing. When i was browsing around i noticed some goods and some bads, some of those now when it came to the sunglasses i was looking at they were on clearance and well they were being handled by some kids whom were stretching the frames and well if they were being bought by me, i wouldve not bought them. Why because if there is kids not being watched from their parents and well they might have broken or weaken the products. I ended up just turning around and walking away, from the area and checked out the other items. I ended up just not buying anything only cause the employees were just chit chatting around an not paying attention about items being tampered with. I just hope that whom ever is in charge can make some changes mostly for the good, but if not well i am not sure how much longer i might be shopping here. I love the brand but the store needs some much improvements and the employees need to be doing something other then just worrying about their own conversations and be more engaged about whats happening around the store.

I saw them on their social media, looked up the company and was immediately hooked. These glasses are so light. Materials are incredibly high quality. The lenses are polarized as a standard. Locally made. They really are just that great. Sadly I lost those Kings amongst other Kings somewhere within the gates of Machu Pichu, and I mourned their loss for quite some time. Then I was gifted a beautiful new pair of Martis frames, sadly to lose them in a friendly hug. Tahoe Timber was super cool about it and did a frame swap for a nominal fee and I'm back to rocking em! I'm so stoked they opened this retail shop so now we can see all their new stuff! And you can still order online for friends all over the US!

We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. Service - The team is so welcoming and friendly. This is the #1 reason we are loyal customers. Events available - See website. Again, my first but NOT last time that I will attend an event. We will probably come back Sunday for the Mt Rose Passholder Spring Sale. Price - Expensive, but worth the quality, service, and culture. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. You can either sell Patagonia your used clothes or trade them in so they can fix it. I believe that reusing is better than recycling. Furthermore, they give you credit ranging from $15 to $150.

I've been to this office several times and my recent visit will be my last…read more NOTE: the Retina Scan is zero benefit to patients, as the doctor doesn't even look at it and they will not even share the information with patients unless you pay an extra $30 (per the intake staff) So what's the point, other than to obtain a scan of your retina? The 'map' of your eye is the same as a fingerprint, which is already being used as a form of identification for security. They usher every patient into the retinal scanner like it's part of the exam/appointment. It felt super shady and an invasion of privacy without proper disclosure, that the doctor doesn't even look at them for your appointment, nor do you have the right to look at them without paying them directly (not covered by insurance). I mentioned the reason for my visit was discomfort in my left eye, but he said probably just allergies and that everything was fine!!! The doctor never said a word about the results and gave me a piece of paper saying it was my "prescription" to update my glasses. I didn't look at it until today, but it states that I have a chronic gland dysfunction in both eyes that needs constant care and treatment!! Pretty important information for a patient to know :( Avoid the privacy intrusion, wasting time and money, only to have to get a second opinion at your own expense.

One of my favorite features is the Walk of Presidents upstairs. The lifelike presidential statues are fascinating, and you can listen to each president's story as you stroll through history. Kids (and adults!) will also love the indoor Ferris wheel (only $1 a ride), the classic shooting gallery, arcade-style attractions, bowling, the candy shop, and the impressive aquarium. You could easily spend a couple of hours here even if you're not shopping. Don't miss the cafeteria if you get hungry. It's a great place to grab a bite, and while you're there, be sure to stop by the fudge counter. They offer free samples of their delicious homemade fudge, making it hard to leave without buying a piece or two! When it comes to shopping, they truly have something for everyone. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, sporting goods, camping gear, coolers, golf equipment, water toys, or just about anything for the outdoors, chances are you'll find it here. The selection is incredible. What really stands out is the customer service. Every employee I've encountered has been cheerful, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Located at Legends in Sparks, Scheels is one of my favorite places to browse, shop, and spend an afternoon. 5-stars if you've never been to a flagship store like this and aren't looking for good value…read more 4-stars if you actually are going to buy something. They're overpriced, especially on non-sale items on almost everything. I stumbled here in the very rare circumstance I needed something before Amazon could deliver it -- a snorkel set before leaving for Hawaii the next day. I was blown away what was inside. A full size Ferris wheel? Shooting Gallery? Cafe? Candy Store? On and On. While not nearly as impressive as the Bass Pros headquarters store in Springfield MO, for those in Reno locals/visitors, it's worth a visit just to see the place, especially when super cold or hot out. Liberal's (REI folk) might find some of the stuff amusing (the premium gun collection and the huge safe assortment come to mind.) I'd give about 30 minutes to wander around. Longer if you actually want to shop or actually do some of the activities.

The MJ's I got were way too small for me and kept giving me headaches. I went in 3 times. Once Christian tried very hard to adjust them with heat so I needed to try them to see if this worked. He said just come back in and we will keep trying if it does not. Well... Nope still got the headaches. So I went back in and asked to exchange this. THIS IS HARD without the receipt so they asked that I come in when the manager was there. That was today. Well for one thing she listened to me and understood my problem. She gave me several pairs to try on until we found the right one. I was so happy. It's difficult to take a present back when you get a nice one but to try with no receipt is darn near impossible. I left the store with a new pair of MJs that i am 99% sure is going to solve my problem. AND I will look good too. THANK YOU to the store manager and her employees for tanking the time to help.
