They explain everything and are super patient with your questions. The staff is super kind and I love that they do a breakdown of exactly what your insurance covers and what everything will cost WITHOUT pressure to buy. It took a week for my glasses to be completed. I was in and out to pick them up within ten minutes. They got me right in and adjusted the frames and I was on my way! I'll continue to go here, even though they are located on a completely different side of town.

Dr. Mariah Smith gave me my yearly exam and I'm feeling great about my 66 year old eyes. Now I am off to work with Alley to help me pick out my prescription frames for glasses and sunglasses and I have added transitions for the first time. This was truly a Five Star Office Experience.....again. If you are looking for a new place to take care of your eyes, I suggest Reno Family Eyecare. This is the start of my 4th year. Thank you again. I can't wait to pick up my new prescription glasses and Kate Spade Sparkly Sunglasses. See you soon. Julie A

After visiting, I can clearly see (ha ha) why! The location is beautiful inside (so uplifting and spacious) and out (next to Betsy Caughlin Donnelly Park). The staff is friendly and highly professional. And Grace and Dr. Belaustegui did an amazing job with my screenings and exam. Everything was thorough and informative, from discussing my eye drops and ongoing eye care (wear your sunglasses and take long blinks!), to a whole eye scan that showed exactly what was going on in my eyes without needing a tedious and inconvenient eye dilation. Although I only needed a slight adjustment to my prescription, my new glasses are perfectly configured for computer use, which has already resulted in noticeably less eye strain! Meagan was also very helpful (and patient) with finding the new frames and walking through costs. Highly recommend! TIP: Plenty of onsite parking; take a little extra time and walk through the park while you're there.

I did my vision check with Grace followed by an in-depth analysis and discussion with Dr. Belaustegui, and I really appreciated the thoroughness of the whole process. In addition to the exam, they got into the science of eye care and provided detailed information about my particular needs. Afterward, Meagan was very patient and friendly in helping me find just the right set of frames (of the 300 or so options they seem to have--all really nice and hard to choose from). We had a really great experience at our previous eye doctor in CA and were worried about finding a comparable place here in Reno, but Mayberry Vision allayed those worries and has proved to be a top-notch option.

The rental home I previously lived in had all its window coverings purchased by Devine Blinds and on three windows specifically had a drawcord accordian cellular type of shade. On more than one occasion and eventually on all three shades of the same type, the frail draw cord assembly snapped and broke just in general daily use. Do to the number of times this continued to happen Lori got more and more belligerent to work with and was insinuating that I was not operating the window blind correctly and hence the cords kept snapping apart. I don't know about you, but I am not aware that anyone needs special training to operate a window blind or that anyone would act so maliciously to deliberately break their landlords blinds time and time again, but that is what was being insinuated and so much so that our property manger was believing Lori and questioning my ability to properly operate a window blind; I was furious over it! The way I see it is that the quality of the window blinds was at fault and likely due to either poor design or inferior parts that the manufacturer uses to build this product. While I see the rave reviews that Divine Blinds customers give this company here on Yelp, I caution anyone spending significant money with this company to understand their track record for quality, workmanship and ultimate product guarantee. I am happy not to be living in that rental property any longer and only wonder if the situation has happened again after I left because I would be very surprised if that has not yet been the case. I can assure you that either before or up until now I have never encountered such an issue operating window blinds!
