I've been a loyal customer for over a year, but their service consistency has been a recurring problem. As a small business owner, I understand challenges. However managing client expectations during these challenges is crucial, something Mynt often fails at. In the past six months, 4 out of 6 times, my orders have been severely delayed or not delivered at all. Even after being informed by their third-party delivery system that my order is on its way, the wait can be hours without updates. When I call for information, the typical response is that my order has been ready but no driver has picked it up, and "there's nothing we can do." The events of the last 48 hours serve as a prime example. After ordering yesterday in the allotted time to get a delivery, I received a nonchalant message via a 3rd party browser, with no direct text or call, indicating a delay until the next day. When I followed up this morning, not only did the staff appear clueless about the situation, but they also insisted I re-order, and that they would adjust the price to reflect the previous day's offer. After going through the reordering process, my patience was tested further. Hours went by without a delivery, and my attempts at communication via their third party were met with silence. I called to check in on the ETA, the individual at the desk was not only uninformed about my order but also seemed indifferent when I gave him the backstory. He explained, with a tone of resignation, that my order had been "sitting there", waiting for a driver, and yet again, there was the age-old refrain of "there's nothing we can do." This response was not only inadequate but also emblematic of the broader communication issues I've encountered repeatedly. It's disheartening to constantly hear the same rehearsed explanations about third-party complications. Over the months, I've diligently voiced my concerns to their management, advocating for more transparent and proactive communication. Yet, these appeals seemingly go unnoticed. Though I rarely leave reviews, the consistency of these issues has spurred me to share my experience. I hope someone higher up at Mynt will pay heed. After all, there are other dispensaries in town. I have never had an experience like this and it is absolutely unacceptable! So the night before I place an order online. I go to The Dispensary on 2nd Street in Reno, Nevada the next morning and the guy behind the counter can't find my order. So I am discussing this with him. Apparently the mutt I am complaining about here is too much of a primitive brute to understand the concept of asking questions to gather information. I maybe got to ask 2 questions. I said something like, 'maybe this is the wrong store? does it not keep my order to the next day?' Things like that. I was trying to understand the situation. I did not raise my voice. I did not swear. I was not rude in any way shape or form. Then to my astonishment as I asked maybe 2 questions about my order the security guard walks from across the room to where I was standing in front of the counter. The next thing I know he is literally IN MY FACE! Like I have never experienced this type of behavior since high school! He didn't say a single word! There was no diplomacy, no discussion, no words spoken by the low level primitive. He literally got toe to toe with me. Nose to nose. He was DIRECTLY in my face with his gun at his side. Next a mob of employees formed around me. They vilified me so hard and so fully and completely on the spot. The crew was DRIPPING with bloodlust. They were begging for it to go down! Led by the security guard who would absolutely NOT BACK DOWN! He would not get out of my face! Unfortunately I become so distressed with the situation that I failed to pull out my phone and film what these demonic empty base level bloodlusting clones were doing to me. I simply cannot believe the behavior I experienced. WHAT A LEVEL OF DISRESPECT!!! I have never experienced anything like this in a business. I want that security guard removed from all positions that require him to work around the public. He can't handle it. We need aptitude tests especially for armed guards. I signed up for Yelp specifically after I promised two tenders at Mynt I would because of their exceptional service as well as their strong knowledge of the companies products. I only shop at Mynt. Their selection as well as freshness is pretty great. And Richelle and Cory (sorry if I spelled names wrong) were extremely accommodating, professional, kind and very knowledgeable, not just about Mynt's flower but about the Terpene profiles of several strains and how they interact bio-chemically. I have strong anxiety sometimes so being led to the right product has become much more detailed and important other than the classic trope of is it kind? or dank? Knowing how Limonene or Trans-Nerolidol affect the brain, body etc became the kinds of questions I would ask, or what is Myrcene in relation to pain? Cannabis is like wine I've come to believe, especially after having to learn wine from a licensed Sommelier for Fine Dining service, and wine and fine dining get minutely detailed...which I still know nothing about wine. But I know, like all things, it involves knowledge, care and a little taste and likewise Richelle and Cory were not only calm with my questions but gracefully answered them and my purchases have been some of the best I have had so far there. No impunity to any other tender there, honestly, everyone has been pretty nice. But thank you to Richelle and Cory and I will always shop at a place like Mynt as long as their are tenders there like them. read more

I'll start by saying, when cannabis first became legal here, Mynt was my go to spot. It stayed that way for quite some time until I noticed the quality in service start to dip. You guys always had such nice and knowledgeable budtenders but as time went on I found myself feeling like I was an inconvenience or frustration to most of the budtenders I would interact with. So I stopped going and started frequenting other dispensaries, and if I had to go see you guys I would do curbside. It may seem harsh or drastic but honestly I had such a better experience other places. That is until I got my medical card a few months back. After receiving it, I had to go into each dispensary to fill out my paperwork. Fortunately for me (or maybe your business) (probably for everybody) on that day Richelle was the budtender who helped me. Not only was she awesomely friendly but she was surprisingly knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. (I say surprisingly in comparison to my prior experiences with other budtenders there.) She had me leaving that day not just excited about my weed but also happy to return. Mynt has come back and reclaimed its spot as my go to and I feel it's largely in part to Richelle. I just felt like it should be known that your other budtenders should take notes. That's not to say they're all bad, they're not. Aaron is also pretty awesome as well as Justin I think was his name. Yes, I smoke weed... most nights just before bed. This stuff helps in many ways and the Mynt dispensary downtown does too... Every time I walk in here they appear almost eager to see me; now I don't know if it's because they're all baked out of there minds or not, perhaps they just think I'm a wonder to be around, but nonetheless, I receive a warm welcoming when coming in here. As soon as the number on the card he/she gives you at the front is called, you walk in to the back and of course it's marijuana heaven! The guy/girl who calls your number is your bud tender and he/she immediately begins with a friendly hello and asking you what what kind of strain you may be interested in. When you relay your interest, the bud tender is usually (unless they're new or something) very knowledgeable of the strain that catches your eye. If perhaps you have even no idea what's going on, the bud tender does and will find something that suits to your needs. The prices aren't too bad, but if you wanna reach a great high, you'll spend the extra monies to do so :D The checker-outter never ceases in thanking you and telling you to enjoy your purchase. Amazing experience! I was super nervous because it was my first time purchasing anything like this and it was the first dispensary I decided to walk into. The person in the front are recognized that I was new probably because of how I was acting haha! But he was easy to talk to. Definitely calmed me down a lot. So my first impression of this place is already good. The girl who helped me was super engaging and helpful! I was still a little overwhelmed and now her name escapes me. It sounded like Ariel? Probably got that completely wrong which is a shame. I wanted to give her credit for being awesome. She made everything easy to understand and suggested a way to try out stuff by type so I can figure out what I like. I will definitely come here again! Maybe next time I can see the person who helped me and thank her properly. - Also downtown is a pain to navigate. Militant, rude, obnoxious, and the worst attitudes in all of Nevada!!! I've had better interactions with Police!! Don't go here, it is overpriced, the people are rude, and IF You don't get chased away by their parking Nazi, you will be confronted as you are leaving. I would rather wear a Trump hat in San Francisco than ever go here again! I parked in the spot next to the curbside delivery spot and the guy made me move. There are only about 8 parking spaces and 3 are for curbside. I took the last open space and was chased away by this Nazi MFr with an attitude like I drove over his Barbie doll or something. Then they sent out the rent a cop after us while we were doing as we were asked by Fing Hitler! Best part was we got a 30% discount by going to another shop that was only a mile away. Our go to place for great selections, price and knowledgable staff. All bud tenders are very good but there are a few that rise above and beyond the call of duty; and that person for me is BAYLEIGH. A few days ago I was there to buy a good PRoll for a few boomers. Bayleigh calls me over & I tell her we graduated to Presidential or Stiizzy but only had $20.00 to spare. She was so easy going, didn't pressure me into a quick sale & aimed to please; which she seriously did. Bayleigh brought me a few different options & after checking my points (which I had 400 of; equalling a $15.00 savings) I was able to walk out with 2 PRolls & soooooo thankful for the great selection, care and knowledge Bayleigh helped me with. I've been a frequent cannabis consumer for quiet some time and have found that Mynt is one of the largest dispensaries I've came accross here in Reno which is convient because it can get busy and the space makes it more functional. As well as giving recognition & want to shout out to the amazing customer service staff, particularly Cayden who assisted me not to long ago and was nothing but smiles and good conversation while he helped me. Very easy to approach and polite. Also Justin he is absolutely 100% a complete asset to your company do not ever get rid of him he is so friendly and kind. Also says hello and has a smile. Mynt is always for me the go to spot when downtown. The convenient location, just off 2nd St. is well placed for anyone strolling around and maybe in need of a nice enhancement for their day. The staff is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and quick. The line can fill up sometimes rather fast, esepcially during events like this recent Hot August Nights, but always subsides pretty much just as fast. Kay is typically the tender I look for when going in, her recommends are always on point. But like i said I always have a pleasant experience no matter who it is. Their selection is extensive. In store there seems to be way more options than the general online menu though which is a huge +. Daily deals never hurt either! read more

I'm giving Mynt 5 stars because the few times I have been in I have always had a great experience. From the check in being super quick and easy along with whoever checks me in being super nice. The wait time each time I've been in has seriously not been anything longer than 5 minutes. The bud-tenders that have helped have been amazing! Today Kody helped me & he was super nice & knowledgeable! He asked what I was in for I told him & he gave me all the options they had for what I was requesting. He even mentioned things I wasn't informed of the previous time I went in for a pre-roll! Overall my experience today with Kody was amazing & very helpful & I definitely will be going back! read more
