He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained different options clearly, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find what works best for them. On top of that, he even gave me a free shaker bottle with my protein, which was such a nice surprise. They also offer body scans, which I find really helpful for tracking progress and staying accountable. It's such a great added service that you don't always get at big chain stores.
