They keep going up on their prices. They set the price too high ti start with but its acceptable. Then they raise it even more. Ridiculous.

At the end of August my husband and I took a trip to Reno just to get away for the weekend. When we go out and if the Mary Jane is legal we going to try to find and establishment to test the waters. And we do. In this case we visited state line relief and found out some of the percentages that we are used to in California are not legal in Reno. And that's okay we had great service, ended up with some cool products, and saved $$$$ it's because it was our first time there. If I will ever to visit that area again and saw this establishment, I would definitely return. Plenty of parking too! read more

I usually come every other day and buy the three for 18 nightcaps unfortunately I was just told that they're going to $12-$14 apiece, which is insane here bad review. I a cancer patient I cannot smoke, but I can drink the tea drinks, which I am now going to be limited in purchasing due to the amount of price. For some reason the dispensary I usually go to was completely out of chocolate edibles at all locations. So too most others in Reno so I decided to check out ones I'd never used before. Most all of them were out too. Since I didn't want to waste a trip I called the ones whose websites showed in stock. None of them actually had the chocolate bars except Silver State Relief. The woman I spoke to was extremely nice and very helpful. When I got there the same person greeted me, explained how they do things and directed me to where to go. I was helped immediately by another very pleasant person who signed me up, explained their policies and showed me what they had in stock. Needless to say I was very happy. However what I was disappointed with is their prices. They are higher than the 2 shops I usually go to. I wouldn't have minded but they don't offer a Senior discount or a Sunday discount. So as great as the staff and the selection is I will only go back if they are the only place that has my chocolate edibles. read more

SSR is usually my go to dispo, but after my stop in a few days ago I'm not very happy with my service. Got ignored in line waiting to be helped, finally the guy noticed me after his coworker pointed me out. He spent the entire time talking over me about some failed relationship and basically held me hostage 5 minutes after my purchase was already done. It made me really uncomfortable and the whole experience makes me question if I want to come back to this location in the future. Great weed though. read more

The silver state in sparks is really bad and although I do not recommend phantom farms or hood oil to anyone this specific location is great to shop at. I love coming here everyone is so nice and give solid recommendations! They seem like they love what they do and I notice people at this location stick around unlike the sparks location. I particularly love how they don't have homeless people panhandling in there parking lot like the Sparks area. Maybe it's because south Reno is a much nicer area but I don't feel it should change how there employees interact. I've had horrible horrible experiences at the Sparks location but always a great time in South Reno and they never sell out and make your experience amazing. The sparks locations is always short staffed and too many people there's always a huge line and even the person who scans my ID there is rude. Idk who the manager is at the South Reno Location this one but whoever it is your doing great and should give the Sparks Manager some notes! read more
