I've been coming to this smoke shop for the longest and it's the only one I'll ever go to not because of the selection but because the customer service is the best. I went in just to browse and ended up buying a Puffco and some other glass, spending over $500. The staff had little to no knowledge about their products or how they work--one even sold me an attachment that didn't do what I thought it would do. When I came back a few days later to request a refund or exchange, I was told flat out that they don't do refunds under any circumstance. This accessory was unused and still in the box. What makes it worse is that if I had purchased directly from Puffco, it would have been cheaper and I would have had a 15-day refund window. If they had simply worked with me on a refund or exchange, I probably would have stayed a customer and purchased more from them in the future. Instead, they lost me completely. On top of that, their prices are inflated and their glass selection is weak. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else. I will never support small business if this is how they treat a customer that could be a long term business. I buy a lot of glass and stupid shit at these shops but this will never be one of them again. read more

Not only that but Nick was sooo helpful. He even sold me on a piece that I WILL be getting within a month or so! Not hammering a Pot Shop, thats just too easy. I mean, should you expect fast service? Knowledgeable sales staff? Its a bong shop basically! You dont go to a Strip Club to find Born Again Christian converts, and you dont go to a soup kitchen to find someone who will co-sign for a car. Having said that, their selection is pretty decent , for smoking herb, hookah everything really, except for 1 thing; E-Cigarettes. Ok, they are not a tobacco store right, that makes sense that Tobacconists would have that item (and they do). But when customers, different customers, have asked a sales person for this E-Cig, might be a shining moment of motivation for the sales person to say "Ya know, i might just mention that to the owner." Heres exactly how the conversation went down: Saul Silver, Pineapple Express - Clerk "Hey, can I help you guys?" My friend and I, " Yea, i was wondering if you guys carry those E-Cigs?" Saul - Clerk "Weird, ive been getting a few people asking about those, what are they?" My friend and I, "We looked them up online, and its like this device that produces a water vapor, no fire - just tobacco vapor, to get you off of cigs." Saul - Clerk," Thats cool. Yea, we dont have those." My friend and I, " I wonder if the smoke shop by L&L Hawaiian has them?" They do. Saul - Clerk, "Hey, do me a favor. If you find out they have them, call this store back, heres a card with our number. That way if anyone else asks about them, i can give them the number to that smokeshop..." I went in strictly to look at the cigars. They have a fairly large case. As a noob, I recognized only one brand. The clerk was nice but didn't know anything about cigars. Her only comment was that the really good ones were the Monte Cristos. I bought one I wanted to try and the price seemed high. They have an extensive collection of head shop items and vape supplies. They have a large sign on the door that says "We sell High Times here" or something to that effect. That pretty much sums it up. read more

The manager was extremely nice but had I gotten a lush ice twist with 2500 hits on it. The start had been good but after the first day it became burnt, and after the 3rd day it died. I am not a frequent smoker and know I didn't use the full life but it died, I'm displeased as it had cost $30 and other vapes that had half the puffs had lasted longer in the past. read more

So I stopped in to pick up some supplies and I have to say I was impressed by the selection, the way the store is set up and the cleanliness. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. He made it a point to show me different items and not just push the most expensive item. He then answered every question I had, gave me good advice then also let me know what replacement items they carry and how much they will cost me. All in all I walked out with a reasonably priced item, and more knowledge then when I walked in. I will definitely be back when I need anything else. read more

First I'd like to say, Our visit to Still Smokin' was wonderful, they followed the CDC guidelines and customer service was EXCELLENT. The guy (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) walked us through most his products with knowledge and kindness. We left the shop and tried to use a water pipe we had just purchased and it started LEAKING. I called back immediately and he told me to come in the next day so I could speak with his manager. The following day my boyfriend and I come in with the leaking water pipe. The employee present was the manager and she explained to me that SHE personally checks the glass and her employees are well diverse in glass as well l, and this hole is too large to miss and she suspects that we had damaged the water pipe after we left the store. We tried to ask for half off of something small in the store in exchange for keeping the damaged water pipe and having to fix this ourselves, and explained if we had done something to the glass it probably would be much worse than a small hole. She refused all and stated that she was not going to argue with me about this, kept implying that WE damaged the water pipe and she wouldn't miss something so big and was very rude. She kept showing me the sign stating "all sales are final" I highly recommend you thoroughly inspect your glass ware from this store and probably go as far as pouring water into your product before buying. read more

I went here today looking for incense as my supply had gotten low. The clerk that helped me was fairly knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction on some delicious smelling large sticks. They also have a large and beautiful collection of glassware in the back and everyone I have talked to about that and their accessories has been very knowledgeable and professional. Prices are reasonable and they also carry fun gift items, t shirts, posters and magazines. Remember, if you are still smokin', they are still open. read more

This place is a last resort... I've been here a few times and had different people "help" me each time. It seems the company policy for "help" is to ask, "If there's anything you wanna see, just let me know." Then go back to scrolling through their phones or just stare at you as you walking around looking at their selection. And on that selection... it's good, but for the price, there are way better places to be shopping at. Horrible service, I went in for the first time looking for a torch for concentrates and the girl that was working claimed to be the manager, and recommend me this $35 Zico sf torch mt06. This torch is so small it couldn't even heat up my nail hot enough, or hold enough butane to dab everyday. So I didn't use it went back and they told me no exchanges since I went and bought a whip it iON Torch for $45 that's double the size and way better for my everyday use, have had it for 2 months and can't complain. Finally found the receipt and went in hoping to swap it out for a Quartz banger that was cheaper than the torch and told them to keep the $15 difference because I just needed a banger and that torch is useless to me, and they tell me all they can do is give me the same torch but a new one. Also there Quartz aren't even American, they're China crap that their selling for almost $30 and mine is cracking that's why I wanted a new one. But they gave me the torch back and said they could give me a discount on a banger ha. Never buying anything from here again. Terrible customer service they guy told me "technically there is no manager, just an owner". Great way to run a business. Note the girl told me she was the manager when I bought the torch. read more

If I could give this half a star or no star I would. So let me start by saying this place is overpriced as hell, but in a pinch and with it close by to where I was already doing some shopping, I decided to buy a few things there anyways. I needed a torch and I thought I could probably get a cheaper one online but I didn't want to wait-- bad decision. I bought an over priced lil torch that ended up not working at all. After trying to get ahold of the shop a few times, I got some guy on the phone who said he'd "take a look at it". Didn't sound very promising but whatever, I brought it in. Not like I had much of a choice. After verifying that it indeed did not work, he proceeds to tell me he can swap it out with another one if I pay the difference, or I can wait 3-4 weeks when he sees the guy that supplies him the torches. When asked for a refund, he said "no" and the reasoning being "cause they don't do that". I decided to just walk out and see if he contacts me with the new torch or not cause I'm out $60 already and didn't want to pay the difference on something that could also fuck me over. This is a pos business with shit business practices and I don't recommend anyone come here. read more

I was initially impressed with the store inventory, however, the person working the store had the store locked up when we arrived (it appeared he was testing the inventory on the side of the building as he wreaked of skunk), and struggled to educate me on some of the differences in their lines of electronic products (not knowing which product or accessories vaped wax, dry goods, or juice). Because I was in need of a vape pen, I bought one which was suggested by him, and upon trying to operate it at home, the mesh screens were not included, so I went online to search for the product manual, only to find that on four different websites, the vape pen I purchased was for sale for half the cost of what I bought it for at Still Smokin. After returning to the store to ask why they marked up the pen 50%, another lady working said that they needed to survive as a locally independent store (which I totally support). However, after looking at inventories at other locally owned smoke shops, Still Smokin is still way over priced on this item by more than 1/3 of other stores. They preach discounts and deals, but no help was offered, and she said I could purchase the mesh screens for a lot more than I could at other stores, even after my polite inquiries and complaints. I was hoping to find a chill shop after hearing about them, but I definitely will not recommend Still Smokin to the many people I spend time socializing with. read more
