If I could leave less than a single-star review, I would! I am SO disappointed in the lack and quality of customer care. Went into this place for a cartridge tonight because my favorite dispensary was closed for the evening. I purchased the cartridge, got in my car, looked at it and realized that it was too large for my battery. I immediately went back into the dispensary and the staff told me that they could not give me a refund, an exchange, anything! They offered me a 10% discount to buy a new battery that would fit the cartridge that I bought. I could understand if it was a day, or even an hour later. We are talking about a 1 minute 45 second difference from the time I purchased it to the time that I walked back in. I didn't see it posted ANYWHERE SAYS THAT THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Poor Management/ No leadership/ Bad Company Culture, ** Human Resources and Corporate really need to look into this location** I went right as you opened this morning and had a great experience. Britney who works upfront is awesome, the main girl who works up front durning nights is awesome. The guy who checked me out this morning tall with the mustache/hat is awesome! Girl with the shaved side of her head is awesome! Great experience this morning. I visited again this evening around 6pm. There is huge line of people waiting to checkout. Only one register running and Paul is taking orders. I hand Paul my bag order and tell him I'm gonna have to come back because of how slow she is checking people out and told him I'd comeback. I wasn't even upset just frustrated. Customer has every right to frustrated... everyone wanting was upset.. made sense to just come back. When I came back Paul noticed me and then got the manager. Then the manager picks a fight with me basically. Telling me that he doesn't like how I through the bag at his employee. I was super confused because I never through my bag at anyone. I encourage corporate to watch the tapes. Please post the video here and prove me wrong. Still I apologize to the older gentleman and tell him that wasn't my intention.. I really don't like going here, from the creepy door guy who talks too much to the ladies who work here. I'm a single attractive lady and the door guy is a complete weirdo held on too my ID too long talked and just made me feel uncomfortable. Then when i get inside they don't help me, she looks at me weird then waits for someone else to come in then helps them first (white girl 5'8 glasses hair was up brown). Tried Thrive for the first time. Purchased 3 disposable vapes. Guy who helped me when I bought them told me to hang on to the receipt in case they didn't work. As it turns out one of them didn't. I went in yesterday and spoke to the manager who informed me that it just needed to be charged. Funny I have purchased many DISPOSABLE vapes none of them requiring a charge (I don't even have the means to do this). Upon researching whether or not DISPOSABLE vapes need to be charged the answer is NO. That is part of the convenience of disposable. Thanks for NOT taking care of your customer Thrive. We have been coming to Thrive for the past 2 years and never had issues up until recently. We have always been loyal customers who spend $$$ on their products. It wasn't until now where we had a very very negative experience with both Sales and Management Staff. All I can say is be cautious when you're checking out and ensure all discounts are applied. We had a male representative who always wears a hat not apply our discounts 2 times! Every time we go back to fix the error management apologies and offers to give us a discount when we come back. Every time we have come back there is always confusion on their end where they state they cannot honor. The female manager even " pinky swore" for us to come back where we only received 30% from the 50% she swore on. It's just very unprofessional to offer discounts for your mistakes and not honor. It has made us not trust sales and thrive in general. Not sure if we will continue to go here but as stated we have been loyal since we moved here 2 years ago. Be Cautious read more

It was a long drive over to this dispensary, so I was hoping it had good gummies. The place is massive so I assumed that there is a growing area somewhere. The check in process was the usual as all the other places in town. Thank goodness my girlfriend knew one of the brands they were selling, so we got a bunch of those.
