Cindy is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The selection is huge. Their house menthol is by far the best menthol I've tried. I've tried A LOT. But none give you that icy throat hit like the house blend. Most menthol, wintergreen and peppermint taste oddly like casino air. It's annoying. It's dull and yuck. Alright! I have to say that this is BEST vape shop I've ever been to here in Reno/Sparks area. Why? It's just simply because not only they have the most friendliest atmosphere but they also offer good quality products. I love their Space Jam -Astro juice. The only reason I continue to give this shit store a chance is it's the only vape shop open at 9am. Last 2 visits were not fun and this last one made me question if I should sock the cashier in the mouth. Visit 1- employee lady was sleeping in there side back room area, no other employees,. Asked for a 3 St juice after clapping hands to wake up employee and she handed me wrong juice. When I pointed it out I got looked at like I'm the fucking asshole? Visit 2-. Simple request, all I needed on this visit was a coil. I go in and the dude tells me some story about his boss and some wedding, I'm like that's nice but explain to me how you don't have coils. He said it's the managers job to order, I asked him hat he was and he said a manager, ok so why didn't you order em? He shrugged. I walked out. Visit last ever-. All I need is a charger for batteries or just a replacement battery. After walking in and small convo on what I needed the dude tells me I fucking look like the retard from the trailer Park boys. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I am not sure if it is lack of training or lack of employees caring. But I have been in twice personally and my husband 10 times for a certain liquid he likes. Never have gotten a smile or have a good day. And both time I have been in I have left so embarrased for the owners because the same girl who was working was so unwelcoming and rude. I know I am inexperienced in the vapor accessories and stuff and instead of helping me figure out what I needed when I asked for her help. She was very blunt and told me to come back when I was more sure. The second time I waited for someone to even notice I was there over ten minutes, and then he was on his phone while I was trying to test some new flavors and told me to hold on so he could text back or something. The last straw was for my husband who tolerated the unwelcoming service for one product he really likes when he was charged twice and called to inquire why very calmly. The girl who answered rudely said it was not her problem because her system shows only one charge only. She didn't even ask enough information to see if there was really only one charge. She has no intention of explaining why or really looking for anything. So figure it out with your bank yourself because the problem isn't here she said. Someone told me about this Vape Store and I was in Reno so I thought I would stop in and see what they had. I bought 4 bottles of 30ml E-Juice and a few Flavor Shots and the total ended up to be $103.09. They have a place where you can sit and try the different flavors. Unfortunately, they use pen units for you to try the juice. All E-Juice taste 100% different from a pen style to a Tank or RDA's. I should have known better but I didn't listen to that little voice in my head and went ahead and bought them. I got them home and tried them and they were all TERRIBLE. I even used the flavor shots and a sweetener additive and I could not make these Juices taste Edible/Vapable lol. I called the store and started explaining that the flavors were horrible and the girl that answered the phone rudely interrupted me and said "well, did you open them"? Ummm, I am not the smartest living thing on this planet but if I told you something tasted horrible then it would seem to me that the fact that I opened them was a given. So I answered Yes... I did open them to know how they tasted. She said "well since you opened them we can not take them back" and hung up the phone. I said to myself 'I will never do business with that Company again!! About 2 weeks later I found another Vape Store in Sun Valley. I went in and started looking around. They had 2 MODs that I wanted to buy ($60+ each) and some accessories and we started talking about the fact that his boss has 2 other stores. Then it came to me, it was the same owner. I told the guy about what happened and how I wasted $100+ and I swore never to do business with them again. He apologized for the people in the other store, I turned around and walked out. He lost a sale of about $250.00 + what I would spend in the future. I was in the store with my wife and two kids a little awhile ago when this young lady was helping me pick out a new set up. My wife had asked a question directed to the other employee (a dark haired, heavy set woman) the lady at this point had taken over us as her customer so the young gal went a sat down. The lady then started to yell at the other gal saying how it was her job to help us out, how she never does shit and how she is so thankful that today is her last day and to get the f*uk out of the store. The young girl calmly got up, grabbed her stuff and left the store. The lady proceed to talk about her to my wife and I as we were checking out. I find this is to be very unprofessional and very rude of this lady to address the situation at hand with customers present! I will no longer shop at this store due to the disrespect and uncomfortability that it put my family in. read more
