Always very friendly service, excellent selection and knowledgeable/helpful staff. You can also try many of their flavors before you buy. Their rewards program gets you free refills quick. read more

Such a great staff! They always have what I need and they have such an incredible selection of different flavors. I would definitely give it a five, but it is a little frustrating when they're closed due to staffing shortages. I do, however, only go here. read more

I had $250 worth of vape fluid shipped here and drove 4 1/2 hours to pick it up. They were closed! I chose this spot for my pickup specifically because Yelp, my online vape store and even their own website all said they were open on Sundays! Nope. I called on Monday to see if my friend could pick up my order...voicemail. I left a message...nothing. read more

My fiancé and I were just in there and had the best interaction with Cindy. She was helpful with finding what we were looking for and had the absolute best attitude. She was kind and helpful and will definitely be coming back just to see Cindy!! Also the prices were great!! read more

Do not go here unless you just want to cruise over there to see if they're open but you don't really need vape juice. Randomly closes " due to staffing", but they " appreciate your understanding". They were closed when I got there at 3 pm on a Friday afternoon. read more

Cindy is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The selection is huge. Their house menthol is by far the best menthol I've tried. I've tried A LOT. But none give you that icy throat hit like the house blend. Most menthol, wintergreen and peppermint taste oddly like casino air. It's annoying. It's dull and yuck. Glad to finally find a good menthol that gives you a throat hit. read more

DONT GO HERE! I purchased 6 vapes from them and spent over $100. When I went to open one of them the vape didn't turn on. I took it back to the store and they told me that since I didn't try it before I left that there was nothing they could do for me. They should have asked me to try them before leaving which they didn't. I won't return here. read more

Alright! I have to say that this is BEST vape shop I've ever been to here in Reno/Sparks area. Why? It's just simply because not only they have the most friendliest atmosphere but they also offer good quality products. I love their Space Jam -Astro juice. And to top it all off.... everyone has an amazing personality and the moment you enter the shop, you'll receive big smiles from them and make you feel at home and/or comfortable. I'd say, BEST customer service as well. And I think a lot of vape shop in Reno/Sparks area should learn from them. Hand down!! You guys are amazing. read more

Nevada Vapor - Vape Shops Near Me - Reno, Nevada

it's highly unfortunate that I have to leave this one star review. The one woman who works here seems friendly and knowledgeable. My issue is with the juice itself and the corporation that owns Nevada Vapor. as it turns out, this store isn't actually a Nevada based store. and if they sell you bad juice, they won't exchange it for an exact replacement. your just screwed out of the money you spent. You hate to see it. read more

Bought a Smok Pozz on Black Friday and then they have the nerve to literally NOT CARRY SMOK RPM COILS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS! Like thanks for selling me a super popular brand name vape that I can't even maintain because they are so incompetent that they are incapable of taking less than 5 minutes to order them, like every single other vape shop does as everyone else carries them without ever having a lapse in their inventory... Stop worrying about the delusion that is COVID-19 and focus on your job by fulfilling the niche that you are supposed to be! read more

Came in and dealt with Abby I couldn't find the spot at first as I am new in town and she was able to help me find it super wide selection on vape juice with house blends and regular brands prices are fair atmosphere is nice to clean store as well I will be back thanks for the help Abby read more

Very helpful and knowledgeable. The sales associates go the extra mile to offer suggestions and support. Also to answer any questions.

The only reason I continue to give this shit store a chance is it's the only vape shop open at 9am. Last 2 visits were not fun and this last one made me question if I should sock the cashier in the mouth. Visit 1- employee lady was sleeping in there side back room area, no other employees,. Asked for a 3 St juice after clapping hands to wake up employee and she handed me wrong juice. When I pointed it out I got looked at like I'm the fucking asshole? Visit 2-. Simple request, all I needed on this visit was a coil. I go in and the dude tells me some story about his boss and some wedding, I'm like that's nice but explain to me how you don't have coils. He said it's the managers job to order, I asked him hat he was and he said a manager, ok so why didn't you order em? He shrugged. I walked out. Visit last ever-. All I need is a charger for batteries or just a replacement battery. After walking in and small convo on what I needed the dude tells me I fucking look like the retard from the trailer Park boys. Called me bubbles. Excuse me mother fucker? I pride myself on patience as I too work in customer service but this is bullshit. As I still bought the battery, ya I wasn't gonna spend 20 bucks on a charger when I'm being disrespected. As im leaving the asshat called me bubbles again. Fuck this vape shop and it's employees at this store. In conclusion I highly recommend going anywhere but this store. read more

I was new to vaping and tired of hunting down and then paying an arm and a leg for a certain large name brand disposable pod and wanted something easy, reusable, and cost effective. The gal who helped me was super friendly, helpful, and patient. I highly recommend this shop and will be making it my go to stop for juice and supplies. read more

I highly recommend this place if you want expert advice. New arrival to the Reno area and searching all over for Menthol nicotine and Nevada Vapor is the only place to have in stock. Tried 3 other stores with no luck. Ask for Abby, she's the best!! read more

I went in a few weeks ago looking to buy new coils for my device and unfortunately they were out of the brand I needed but that great staff, who are new, found me one lone coil and gave it for free. great place. good people. awesome flavors and very informative. i just picked up humble smash mouth " graham cracker strawberry w/ custard". I got away from smelling like an ashtray around my family and spending way more on cigs. Vaping is great. Its funny cause my friends thought vaping was wack, later on they joined the club. #bathingvapes. Navada Vapor by far better than the shops ive been to in Reno. Nevada Vapor - FIRE - Vape Shops Near Me - Reno, Nevada

Amazing service, I am not a vaping nerd or nothing but I care a lot about the quality. Aric is cool, and easy on the eyes too. I got some Dragon's Nectar, as usual, cuz it's my fav. Coils are inexpensive and bigh quality, plenty of selection. I also dig that they're open late. read more

Brandon and Katie are awesome. There service and products are superior. Tried other vape shops but nothing compares to NV Vapor and these two. read more

Best vape shop in town. Love how friendly and helpful the employees are. They usually have the best new mods in stock and always new products. read more

The manager lady down here at the one by double diamond was extremely rude and asked me to leave because i was looking at products im a paying customer she cant just ask me to leave it was extremely rude and said she didnt like me at all and i didnt even do anything wrong i was just looking. At the mods i am extremely dissapointed and will be telling all my friends who shop at nevada vapor never to go to any of them ever again. read more

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of selection for juices. The store has a nice lounging area too if you want to kick back and vape. Katie's berries is my favorite juice, and developed by one of their own managers! Best vape shop in the Reno area for sure. read more

The young man, Brandon I believe was incredibly nice and helpful. I needed a simple e-ciggie to help not smoke while having drinks or other triggers. He priced out two options, discussed how it worked and the varying flavors of mint with me. I was skeptical after reading all the crappy reviews, but I'm very pleased with the service. read more

Went in need to get some coils ask about getting a new peace mouthpiece he sold me one it leaked badly I returned it the next day and he pretty much said tough shit nothing I can do about it I left pretty upset he said to have a nice day read more

Word is bond. I went in, they helped me find exactly what I wanted. Fast and friendly. I'm super happy with my 213 and the price was right.

This place is the worst now. It used to be the best shop in town but now its a joke, ever since they changed out the staff the experience is just not there anymore. No new hardware and the new house juice is terrible had to change out a new coil to get the putrid chemical flavor out. Avoid this place like the plague. Just a fair warning from a long time reno vaper. read more

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I am not sure if it is lack of training or lack of employees caring. But I have been in twice personally and my husband 10 times for a certain liquid he likes. Never have gotten a smile or have a good day. And both time I have been in I have left so embarrased for the owners because the same girl who was working was so unwelcoming and rude. I know I am inexperienced in the vapor accessories and stuff and instead of helping me figure out what I needed when I asked for her help. She was very blunt and told me to come back when I was more sure. The second time I waited for someone to even notice I was there over ten minutes, and then he was on his phone while I was trying to test some new flavors and told me to hold on so he could text back or something. The last straw was for my husband who tolerated the unwelcoming service for one product he really likes when he was charged twice and called to inquire why very calmly. The girl who answered rudely said it was not her problem because her system shows only one charge only. She didn't even ask enough information to see if there was really only one charge. She has no intention of explaining why or really looking for anything. So figure it out with your bank yourself because the problem isn't here she said. My husband hung up and looked shocked and said that was it and he can find that one product all the way across town. To bad. read more

Went in because I was having issues with my vape, and I didn't even buy it there. The lady who helped me (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!) was very helpful with me and patient since I'm basically a dummy when it comes to this stuff. They had a new kitten there that helped to distract my extremely hyper daughter and they were patient with her as well which is much appreciated. I will be a regular customer there now. (More often if they get the 300mg cbd oil!) thank you guys, you do great work! read more

Someone told me about this Vape Store and I was in Reno so I thought I would stop in and see what they had. I bought 4 bottles of 30ml E-Juice and a few Flavor Shots and the total ended up to be $103.09. They have a place where you can sit and try the different flavors. Unfortunately, they use pen units for you to try the juice. All E-Juice taste 100% different from a pen style to a Tank or RDA's. I should have known better but I didn't listen to that little voice in my head and went ahead and bought them. I got them home and tried them and they were all TERRIBLE. I even used the flavor shots and a sweetener additive and I could not make these Juices taste Edible/Vapable lol. I called the store and started explaining that the flavors were horrible and the girl that answered the phone rudely interrupted me and said "well, did you open them"? Ummm, I am not the smartest living thing on this planet but if I told you something tasted horrible then it would seem to me that the fact that I opened them was a given. So I answered Yes... I did open them to know how they tasted. She said "well since you opened them we can not take them back" and hung up the phone. I said to myself 'I will never do business with that Company again!! About 2 weeks later I found another Vape Store in Sun Valley. I went in and started looking around. They had 2 MODs that I wanted to buy ($60+ each) and some accessories and we started talking about the fact that his boss has 2 other stores. Then it came to me, it was the same owner. I told the guy about what happened and how I wasted $100+ and I swore never to do business with them again. He apologized for the people in the other store, I turned around and walked out. He lost a sale of about $250.00 + what I would spend in the future. Hey everyone who works with people or in Customer Service #1 its your job to treat them good and #2 if you don't they will most likely go somewhere else and tell everyone they know about their ordeal.... Take care of your people otherwise you never know!!! Nancy Kreider I didn't see it last time but I LOVE that you can share your reviews on Facebook & Twitter. Click share x 2!! read more

I visited this store because it was time to get off the cigs. My friend told me about vaping so I went in to inquire. Both employees (guy and gal) sorry forgot their names were super helpful. They told me exactly what I needed to get started and how to operate my device and gave me very helpful hints to be successful. Thank you so much for helping me with my purchase and all the great service! I'll be back to purchase more juice and call if I have any issues or questions. You guys Rock!!!!!! read more

I was in the store with my wife and two kids a little awhile ago when this young lady was helping me pick out a new set up. My wife had asked a question directed to the other employee (a dark haired, heavy set woman) the lady at this point had taken over us as her customer so the young gal went a sat down. The lady then started to yell at the other gal saying how it was her job to help us out, how she never does shit and how she is so thankful that today is her last day and to get the f*uk out of the store. The young girl calmly got up, grabbed her stuff and left the store. The lady proceed to talk about her to my wife and I as we were checking out. I find this is to be very unprofessional and very rude of this lady to address the situation at hand with customers present! I will no longer shop at this store due to the disrespect and uncomfortability that it put my family in. read more
