She often responds to questions with condescending comments such as, 'You can read, can't you?' or simply says, 'I don't know,' without attempting to find answers or help. Additionally, she seems unfamiliar with the pricing and promotions, which makes transactions unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Her negative attitude and snarky demeanor have completely soured what was once a pleasant experience. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues. I went in just to browse and ended up buying a Puffco and some other glass, spending over $500. When I came back a few days later to request a refund or exchange, I was told flat out that they don't do refunds under any circumstance. This accessory was unused and still in the box. What makes it worse is that if I had purchased directly from Puffco, it would have been cheaper and I would have had a 15-day refund window. If they had simply worked with me on a refund or exchange, I probably would have stayed a customer and purchased more from them in the future. Instead, they lost me completely. On top of that, their prices are inflated and their glass selection is weak. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else. I will never support small business if this is how they treat a customer that could be a long term business. I buy a lot of glass and stupid shit at these shops but this will never be one of them again.
