We got there a little early, but there was someone setting up a guitar on the stage for some evening music. Jimbo Porter - Better, but then I tried the Cookie Monster! I also did not taste the coconut. Cookie Monster - My favorite of the beers, so much flavor. And I am NOT usually a sweet beer drinker. It was not an overwhelming stout, probably due to the sweetness, but you can definitely taste the chocolate and slightly coffee and caramel flavors. Archive has also been hosting some fabulous pop dinners and wine tasting in this new space. The pop ups have been great fun. The space isn't huge, so the events are limited to 30 people. Just right to get star treatment from everyone. No pretentious wine snobs or chefs, everyone discussing the highlights of the food and wine. Besides the dinners, Archive has also been hosting blind tastings and other fun wine discovery night.
