The Cloud Nine store in Golden Valley is an absolute gem. You get to walk around in total peace,…read morewith the crew just absolutely there for any questions that you have, with great attitudes, boosting the mood before you even get whatever it is that you're trying to get from this place. And the thing that's really wonderful is the massive array of different products, from clothing to incense, jewelry, bongs, lighters, contact lenses, mouse pads, really anything that you could possibly think of wanting to buy, you can get from this cool little store. There are high-end items like really beautiful cubic zirconia rings that are shockingly lovely, and wonderful hippie keychains that are dream catchers and classic head shop kind of vibes. They also have a wonderful array of different Kratom products that are absolutely wonderful and high quality. I would highly suggest this store, and the staff is just wonderful. Absolutely five stars. I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. It is an A-plus experience. I would go here happily for an hour just to browse. Props to Starr and Sunia (I think that is the spelling, apologies if not) for top service and car.

Quality/Quantity - Got another 10 cartons of cigarettes for our very good CA friend. No surprise, due to CA restrictions, this brand and type of smokes are not sold in CA. I know, I know - I should not be supporting my friend's smoking habit. Also available are snacks, drinks, etc. Atmosphere - Very dated location, but still neat, clean, and organized. See pictures. Good selection. Plenty of parking. No restrooms. Open 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm, and on Sundays from 7am to 6pm. Yelp hours differ slightly. Closed holidays, see website. Service - 4 stars on this trip. The young girl was more friendly than the young boy. He seemed burned out, maybe working with the public too much...? Lots of rules and laws to comply with, see pictures. Price - $1,124 for ten cartoons. Sadly, no more volume discounts. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1971 with your 6 locations. Thanks to my friend, we will probably be regular customers. What I find interesting are some of your values (from your website): #2 We value healthy families. Supporting value, we value an alcohol and drug free community. Yet you own and manage 6 smoke shops?!?!

They had two left, and the first box on top was open already (there was no plastic wrap on it) and the guy insisted (probably because I took a few minutes to look at the others) that I just buy that one. It gets much much better (worse). I said I'd really like to get the one underneath it, as it had the plastic wrap on it. After some sighs he grabbed the one underneath and quickly went to the counter and I bought it for $40 flat. When I get out to my car, the plastic wrap was only made to look like it was sealed. Inside the vape is there... but there is no pod and there are 2 batteries just like all smoke shops, doesn't matter sales are final. So I have a sourin edge with two battery packs, and no pods to fill my juice with. Now buying a disposable one (forgot their name) until I can get some pods for this sourin edge. Even if the pod was in there and it was sealed, I would have only added a star, for the employee was rushing me the whole time. And, now I see why.

Steve helped me out with choosing out a cigar after I told him what I was looking for. It smoked real good and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this place if you are in the area.
