The shop is managed expertly by Barry during weekday mornings/days and he went above and beyond to stock my preferred cigarillos, even reaching out to me to ask if I preferred wood tip or plastic tip. As a result this shop has what 7/11 can't figure out how to get. For those looking for glassware, they have a lot of that--quality stuff. They've also got a large selection of alcohol for anyone interested in that, along with products such as incense, a food and snack aisle (even a fridge with gallons of ice cream), a medicine and toiletry shelf, and on the opposite side of the store they have kratom powder and kava/kratom shots. They also stock a range of Delta 8/Delta 9/HHC/THC-A products such as gummies or vape carts if you're interested in that. Pretty much whatever you're used to finding at a smoke shop they have it, but more importantly, the staff is friendly, attentive and will get in stock pretty much whatever you need. This is my go-to shop for snacks, cigars, and I might even pick up some ice cream here instead of going to Safeway since it's so much more convenient (no wait, and closer to home). I even buy my cat cans of tuna here a couple times a week for a treat--yes they've got tuna too (and those teriyaki noodle bowls) all at a fair price, cheaper than the 7/11 by a few dollars. 5 stars. The one-star review talking about some lady with purple hair being rude about a glass pipe -- there hasn't been any lady there with purple hair for at least the last 3 years. It's always Barry, Cody, or Quran managing and a new guy they hired recently and all of them are incredibly helpful, polite, they will chit-chat with you and know you by name. They'll help you find products you might like, and answer any questions professionally with a conversational and friendly tone. I love everyone here and never had any problem in the last 3 years so maybe reconsider that 1-star review about a staffer who no longer works there. Go see Barry, Cody, or Quran and they'll get you all set. Also note: I go to this store daily, pick up a Gatorade Zero and my cigarillos. I've never once had a sign on the door saying they'd be back, nor had to wait. I typically walk right in and never have to wait, the biggest line I've had was 1 person. Meanwhile if you visit 7/11 at this same time there will be 5 people in line and loud blaring punjabi music, nothing restocked, dirty floors, coffee is empty and the food on the rollers is eight hours old. So maybe disregard Gage's review, as at Cloud 9 you won't find any of that.
