Been going to the original shop for some time now, but it's closed on Sundays. However, the "#2"…read moreshop is not! Today I ventured in because my vaping device was on the fritz. I had gone through 5 coils in about 3 days, and sometimes during use it would suddenly go nuclear heat on me without warning and choke the living daylights outta me. I was in the business to get a new vape today, or at the very least get some new coils for my current one and pray my last batch was defective. So, inside I went! I was greeted by a young gentleman, though I regret I never asked his name. I told him my sad violin story and that I didn't think my vape was salvageable and would need a new one. He wouldn't have it! He went to work on my current vaporizor and tore it apart. He discovered that the likely culprit was that I put on a coil too tightly at some point and that turned the base under it which in turn grounded out the chipset inside. This was indicated by the Ohms meter jumping wildly and out of normal limits for what the coil should be reading. Once he adjusted it and put it back together, the Ohms read correctly and steadily. This also accounted for my random bursts of nuclear steam and coil burnouts. Saved me $40! I happily bought another batch of coils to replace the ones I ran through prematurely and a couple more bottles of their Donkey Kahn liquid which I've fallen in love with lately. It seems no matter which of these stores you go to, the personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. PS: Oh, he also helped me grab a non-related Christmas present in their glass cases for the wife with some good recommendations!

Instead of doing her job and attempting to complete the delivery professionally, she expected me to come outside to her car and pick up my order. When I didn't, I never received my order. This was one of the most unprofessional interactions I've ever had with a business. If your employees can't treat customers with basic respect or handle a simple delivery without being rude, you shouldn't be offering delivery at all. There are plenty of other dispensaries in town that actually value their customers. Also The way they have things set up, they make you spend more money than you need to. Hope the people who put pricing/deals step it up because I'm getting way better deal in the dispensaries around them.( for the same products). Also i find It weird that they never have full ounces. Just 14grams. Personally i view thc as medicine, and it helps me eat in this depressing world. My last experience I attempted to buy 3 half ounces. I was Trying to get the 2 for $99. And use my vip discount for the 3rd one. And i also Had earn last month(June) $30 off in July if i spend $120. I was Not able to stack so i just Bought 1 14g with my vip and called it a day.
