Absolutely a mess! Went in for a vape and wasn't even recognized as a customer. The vapes are on a wall at least 10 feet behind the counter and you can't even see what the flavors are from that far back. So I suppose I am just gonna guess what flavor I want without looking at the selection? Meanwhile, and employee is working on some sort of display in front of the counter, way too busy to help or even acknowledge the customer who is ultimately paying their salary. The typical middle eastern owner is babbling on the phone to someone in a foreign language and is all way too busy to help anyone. 1-Star Review: Cloud9 Smoke Shop - Deeply Disappointed I've never written a negative review before, but my experience at Cloud9 was absolutely unacceptable. I brought in a brand-new Kryo Beaker Bong that was clearly defective straight out of the box -- the twist in the glass caused a total airflow blockage. I wasn't looking for a fight, just a bit of understanding and help with an exchange or warranty process. Instead, the manager pretended to "call her boss", came back moments later, and coldly said, "Sorry, nothing we can do." When I calmly asked her to show a little empathy for the situation, she snatched the box from my hands aggressively and started guilt-tripping me -- as if I was the problem for expecting basic customer service. That interaction told me everything I needed to know about how Cloud9 values their customers: they don't. I will never shop at Cloud9 again and I'll make sure others know to avoid this place if they care about quality products or respectful service. There are too many great smoke shops out there to waste your time or money where empathy and accountability are missing. read more

Contacted store after a purchase of a tool that was purchased a few days prior. Tool was not removed from bag, when I contacted the store 2/27/26, I spoke to a female who was condescending, with her approach of if a refund was possible. The reply was no refunds at all. Right before the call ended, I let her know I wasn't going to be shopping there in the future, her comment was PERFECT, and hung up the phone. Telephone etiquette was far from respectful or even professional. This was an absolute disappointing since I've shop there too many other times. I would not refer anyone to this store do to poor customer skills and understanding. read more

I will not be going to cloud 9 in Lemmon Valley anymore. Terrible customer service, I brought 3 things of them didn't work. The girl with the pierce lip refused to help me. All I want was a replacement for the vape I brought from them that didn't work. So I didn't get a new replacement and I didn't get my money back. So I felt robbed I go there 5x a week. I will find a new smoke shop that care about the customer. I hate Cloud 9 thumbs down on them. I didn't want to give them any stars but I had to at least give them one. They deserve none. read more

Went to buy a new mod today and found a Geek Vape mod I liked for $39.99. That was the price on the tag. When it rang up it was $49.99. The cashier asked the manager about it and she said they were just marked up. I asked if they would honor the price on the tag and the manager said no. I go to this shop weekly but probably not anymore. Can't say I'd recommend that kind of place to any friends or family either. read more

Sells defective product. Bought a device and within the hour it stopped working. Was told because I stepped outside the door, they will not exchange defective product. Employees said that they know that the "policy" is wrong, but they will get in trouble with their manager if they exchange defective product. I felt they were eager to make me feel like I was trying to "scam" them, when in reality I have purchased hundreds of dollars of product from them and simply wanted them to exchange the defective product they sold me. I came in at 8:40 pm. The redhead that sold me the juice, was the wrong one. As soon as I got to my car I noticed it was the "iced" version. I immediately tried to exchange it for the regular flavor that i usually got. "Non iced" she locked the door immediately and I knocked asking if I could just exchange it since she sold me the wrong product. It was 8 min before closing, "open light still on" she yelled through the door to "come back the next day" for an exchange. So rude, so unprofessional, and lazy. She could have easily fixed her mistake of selling me the "ice" that I did NOT ASK FOR. I will not be returning. read more

This place keeps costing me a lot of money because they're not knowledgeable about what they're selling. They don't know what they're selling at all. They sold me wrong coils I broke the glass on my pod and they sold me some glass that didn't fit my pod and my juice has been leaking everywhere and burning the shit out of my coils. Hopefully someone opens up another Vape store somewhere out here in the valleys because this place has been horrible since day one.please save yourself the headache and trouble just go in town your wallet will thank you read more

Terrible customer service. I brought in my 2 e-cigs for new coils. ( I have always had the store employees figure out what coil i need as i am old and cannot see well. ) The young man said they were out of one of the coils but said he had done "his homework" and found a compatible coil. I purchased 4 coils, 2 for each, thanked him and tipped him. Got home and none of the coils worked! Went back same time next day and the same employee said i was out of luck. I had opened one each of the coils to replace the old ones. Nothing he could do, even with the unopened packages. Almost $30 and im stuck with coils I cant use. Never going back to that overpriced shop again! read more

If you're looking for a good quality vape shop. This place isn't it. Customer service is horrible. No one ever knows what it is you're asking or looking for. I've purchased 3 puff bars from this place. And they always go out sooner than they are supposed to. 2 of them which went out only an hour after purchase. Tried to get my money back but they refused. Save your money and just drive the extra distance for another vape shop. These people are trash. I wish they weren't since I would become a loyal customer due to the location. There is a little girl that works at this shop named summer who is extremely short and rude with customers. She is extremely sheltered and gets away with anything because her mother nancy is the manager. While i was there she dropped somthing and shouted a curse word at the top of her lungs and then proceeded to leave her coworker with a full lobby to go literally scream like a banshee in the back room. I watched her tell her coworker she was going to the gas station again with a full lobby. On other occasions i have heard her berate her coworkers and customers. I used to shop here alot but not if she is going to continue to be rude and unstable! I will be sure to warn anyone i know who needs a vape shop to steer clear of cloud 9(s) and cloud city!! read more

100 STARS!!!!! I frequent this place as they are very close to my work. They have a wide variety of juice, all vaping supplies, and so much more. By far, the lowest prices in town. In addition to all that, they have the best customer service. I would much rather go here then 711 as they are locally owned and super friendly. All their staff is so knowledgeable and professional, especially Brianna. Not only is she cute as a button, she knows her stuff and will go above and beyond for you every time!
