Avoid this place at all costs! This dispensary does not care about quality or their customers. Their selection is always subpar and their in-house brand Qualcan is trash. I don't wanna bad mouth anyone but when I find out that they nuclear radiate their cannabis to make it pass inspection makes me never want to touch any of their products. Jade has been around awhile and has made a name change from Blum but more changes are needed. Better customer service is one thing that needs fixed. The products are okay but overpriced. It was the first dispensary I went to in Reno and it so far has been the worst one because of it being so annoying. Just takes too long to get help. There's lots of problems. Communication is hard. Just forget the website. It's slow and doesn't work properly. The products are okay but cost too much for what they give you. Has typical edibles like chocolates. I've been here plenty of times and have had great customer service from some of the budtenders and, therefore, even tipped generously. That was not the case by budtender #45767. Young blonde with devil tattoo on her arm. She seemed not to want to be there. Even though it was slow, she seemed annoyed and lacked basic customer service skills. She seemed more upset regarding a management meeting happening in the backroom. I hope she is not part of management cause she can use a retraining on customer service. Everytime I go here, they never have what I bought last time. No consistency. Staff is pretty cool, but watch out for the old man security guard. Yesterday he walked by me and asked if he could help me (but with an attitude). I said, I guess it depends...who are you? He said, the security guard. I said, then no, you can't, I haven't done anything wrong and unless you can sell me product, then you can't help me. Simple. I left and the security guard was standing outside smoking. We have a handicap sign for our car. We are a disabled household and this is the only place in town where we get questioned for if we have one. It is clearly in the front window and I feel attacked every time we park there and get questioned about it. This has happened several times with different security guards. The lady who was there said the deal was a penny off and the guy who told me it was free was standing there as well and he said "oh my bad it was a mess up on my words." Where we were told that delivery driver had already left and we would be in next run. Fast forward to 6:55pm I messaged through the delivery portal as we had not heard anything from them and asked for an update with no response. I attempted calling 3-4 more times and kept getting a voicemail. Fast forward to 8:49 pm after waiting ALL DAY for the delivery. Got another call saying my order had been canceled because they had attempted to call and had no answer. Mind you we never got any call other than the one saying it had been canceled. Had a pretty unreasonable experience here that's left a terrible taste in my mouth, for that reason I have never and will never return. It's about the PRINCIPLE. And honoring your word as a cuisines SHOULD. Story: I called ahead of time asking if they allowed industry discounts, and if so on what days do they allow it? the lady at the front GUARANTEED me that they do it EVERY SINGLE DAY for people in the industry. I thought this was strange as most stores only do it on certain days, so I asked her multiple times to confirm for me if this was the case; because I was only looking to spend a certain amount, and if they industry was not available on that day, I would have waited to buy something. But she insured me MULTIPLE TIMES. that I would be given the %30 discount. You can see where this is going. After I arrive, put my whole order together and start to pay, I'm informed by that same employee, I spoke too on the phone that "oh I'm sorry it wont let me add on the discount". (Eye roll) Not okay, very unprofessional especially when someone has asked you MULTIPLE TIMES to confirm it was okay to use. She pretends to talk to a manager and long story short, they short me my discount and wont honor the fact they they already PROMISED ME the discount on the phone. It's not my fault your employees aren't trained well enough to know their own procedures, YOU need to take responsibility for their mistake. and this business should have honored the promise they gave a customer. That's not even the worst part... Not only that, but imagine trying to LIE to someone who WORKS INTHE INDUSTRY. Saying "there's nothing we can do" No. wrong. I work in the industry. I am 100% it would have been possible to honor the promise you made. use a manager override. Give me the discount you PROMISED. Safe to say the owner needs to reevaluate his morals and the morals of his employees. That manager should've handled the situation more professionally, and honored the PROMISE that was made. Terrible business ethics. Especially when I know for a FACT that any other dispensary would have honored the deal, because it was THEIR MISTAKE not mine. And a blatant one at that. And then I would have left an amazingly positive review saying how they made a mistake, but still honored it because it was THE RIGHT THING TO DO.
