We went looking for Liquid Death Energy drinks because they are just plain good and not filled with a bunch of shite like the other brands. We heard that the Vitamin Shoppe carried them, and did they ever! They carry the cases! 100% full score! Then enters Adam, asks us if we need help finding anything, and so we bite. He takes us all the way to. the back of the store where the beautiful full cases are stored. He then proceeds to fill us in on how clean they are and is far more knowledgable about energy drinks than a healthy man should be, we were enthralled. THEN, dude takes us around answering questions about protein bars, protein donuts, protein cereal and Adam KNOWS his shit. Like seriously has the receipts on everything in that store and beyond. Word to the wise Vitamin Shoppe, you should keep this dude happy cuz he's either gonna run your corp one day, OR put you out of business with his own. Let's just say that we are newly formed fans of the Vitamin Shoppe. They obviously have the right people in place and know great people when they meet them. It was an honor to meet you Adam, we are now proud owners of more protein and health information than we should know too.

Compared to my measly Carson City location, this one is huge. It has way more selection and a much larger deli, bakery, and butcher. The employees I've encountered at this store are very kind and helpful. The grab and go selection is elite. I also love that this location has a place where you can sit and eat lunch in the front of the store. Huge win for visitors who are in their lunch break. The prices at this store seem comparable to others in the area. I love that Sprouts still offers lots of BOGO and BOGO50 deals. No one does that anymore. Great place to shop! Would recommend.

It's been over six years since I've been to this sprouts. Since I live in the North Vallys, there's…read morereally no need for me to come all the way down here. I usually go to the sprouts on Plum Lane and after this visit, I'm pretty sure I won't be back. There's a certain style that you get used to when you go into a sprouts. Usually people greet you and say hi to you. There are plenty of people to ask for help. That didn't happen on this visit. So here's what happened: I entered and went directly to the sandwich counter. There were two workers by the deli case, talking and doing stuff, and I sat and waited for a while. Finally, I actually peaked over the counter and a lady noticed me and pointed at me. The other guy looked at me, turned and finished telling his story as I waited. He finally came over to me and I asked if they had a piece of paper I needed to fill out for the sandwich. He said no, just let him know what I wanted he would make it. Now I always get the number seven. It is a chicken club sandwich that has bacon, Swiss, avocado included with all of the free toppings. I ordered the number seven with mustard mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and extra meat. I asked him to add ham. Now I know, since I ordered the sandwich a lot at the plum lane, but there's an extra two dollar charge for extra meat. I asked the guy if I could have smoked ham, he said my only option was the ham that was in the prep tray. So I asked him, there's no way I could get any other ham, he said not less I want to spend two dollars. That was strange, so I told him I would just take the prepped ham. I started taking pictures for Yelp, and then he turned to me and said... of course the prepped ham is also two dollars... I was quite strange. So then I asked him ' Could I have the smoked ham as I originally asked ' he said OK. He did pretty much everything he could to keep from cutting a few slices of ham . This is a bit strange to me, considering he actually works at a sandwich counter and the deli area where they cut lunch meats, and cheeses all day. At the two other sprouts in Reno, I've never had this happen. He was an older gentleman with white hair and his name started with R. When the sandwich is done, he handed it to me and walked away. I rode through the meat department and stopped at the meat counter, the person behind the butcher counter didn't greet me or asked me if I wanted anything. Then I went to the produce section to grab some banana bananas and past three workers, stocking and stuff and again no greetings, no request if I needed any help with anything. This is just a strange nontypical sprouts feeling for me. Even though they call themselves a farmer market, there not the cheapest place to shop. They were plenty of workers. I counted at least six people if not, eight people. The only person that asked everything was the cashier and she just asked me if I found everything I wanted and asked if I wanted a bag. It was a great sandwich though. That is at least consistent.

The 4 times I received my orders I was very happy with the services provided. They were delivered early before guarantee delivery time frame, my chilled items were packed nicely and still cold! My kids and I love their 365 brand and other featured brands that we have enjoyed as healthier takeout options. Their prices are fair and they offer online specials that have saved me a lot of money at checkout. My orders are sealed and delivered from the store like a doordash order and I never have to leave the house. I subscribed to their grocery deal so my deliveries can be free. I like that I can set my time to have my groceries delivered so I can make sure I'm home. Don't forget to tip your drivers they get to keep every dollar. I'll be placing my next order for the weekend.

I adore that they carry a variety of flours, nut flours, gluten-free, cassava, tapioca, as well as others. The store always smells clean. In the wintertime, there is a smell of ginger. The employees are always courteous and knowledgeable. The only con is that they do not have a store in Sparks. Best tip: Don't forget to bring your own grocery bags or cooler. I bring a cooler in the summertime. Always pack more bags than you think you will need.
