I mentioned that I had specific instructions to follow my Dr's protocol, but he was a little pushy about it. He meant well, but I was frustrated as he kept insisting on giving unsolicited advice. I thanked him, and Garry's wife came out instead and she was very friendly and not at all pushy. It turns out she is familiar with my Dr. and it was nice to not have to explain myself further. I left with some organic Ashwagandha capsules, although they are 1.5X the price of an alternative online. I'd still come back, although I'll probably look for the specific herbs for a different source. They also have a plethora of massage oils and allergy sprays that seem worth looking into.
