I hate to shop here. I used to love Kohls but this location has completely turned me off shopping…read morein store. Everyone that works at the return counter is so nasty with horrible attitudes. They complain about customers inconveniencing them and how much they hate doing Amazon returns or wasting bags wrapping every item for return. It's so unprofessional and disrespectful. After banning myself from this location for a year I decided to go back last week. I was hoping they employed new people but it's still the same people with bad attitudes. Back to only shopping online. I give them 2 stars because the store is always very organized which I guess isn't too difficult considering many people don't want to shop in there.

The person doing returns was a little rude when she told me my return would…read morestay inside right there until morning when I told her that was fine she said well no it's not that's why we tell Amazon returns to bring more than 15 minutes before store closes because it won't go to the truck or loading dock (somewhere) until morning. The way I see it is that all of that information given to me was irrelevant and uncalled for. None of that matters to me when they take to loading dock or why. All that matters is that I did my return and it would get to where it needs to go. Also never have I did a return where it matters which position I carry my phone for them to scan the QR code and no one's ever made a statement about me needing to lift my phone up and carry it facing forward due to the light glaring off the phone and not being able to scan. Like I said not once ever have we had that issue and maybe she was just lazy and didn't want to twist her hands in a different position because it would be more work for her. All that matters is I was there 15 minutes before store closed and I understand that people want to go home. I have a full time job too I get it. However if you don't want customers there at 15min before store scheduled time then change your store hours to 15 minutes earlier or change the times people can do returns. Either way get some associates who have better customer service and don't act like customers (the reason they have a job) are an inconvenience to them. Now with that being said I usually have a very good experience at this store! Kohls is one of my favorite places to shop and they have great deals, offer coupons that are stackable, usually friendly service and a clean store almost every time I have been there. I love getting Kohls cash and my last visit my $10 Kohls cash was expired by a day and the lady was still able to honor it and it happened to actually be $20 which saved me even more!! The parking lot is clean and I noticed they have way more shopping buggies then they used to have on the store front entrance! Over all this is a great store just forgetting my experience today and I would def. Recommend to anyone who hasn't been there before!

Since they don't (at least not on reems), I usually go to Hobby Lobby that's down the street. So that's okay I guess. They also give great teacher discounts. Oh and this store is one of the more organized stores. I can always find what I'm looking for and if I can't a sales associate is always there to help. Everyone there is also super nice (even when it's super busy, they are still nice!! Which is a huge plus, who's doesn't love nice welcoming people?). Oh also, they do good jobs on framing photos and items. :)

They always have the best scents and are always coming out with amazing new fragrances and products. I also love how they collab with various popular brands like Stranger things, Disney princess and so on. After I pointed this out, she immediately closed the drawer and stated she could not sell them, and told me to return another day. I felt this response was inconsistent, so I asked another associate, who confirmed the items were in stock and available for purchase. After verifying with a third associate, I was able to purchase the hand sanitizer holders, and there were multiple bags available. I am concerned about the initial refusal to sell an item that was clearly in stock, while other associates confirmed it could be sold. I appreciated the help from the other two associates, but believe this issue should be addressed to ensure consistent customer service.

I went to get them…read morethey were all priced at 15.00 except one it didn't have a price:( store manager Paul told me he couldn't sell it because it wasn't priced.( I understand) I then asked him if I can get a call when it was priced and I will come back to pick it up or I can wait around for it to get priced.. he was very rude and said " I don't know when it will be priced it could be today , tomorrow or a month . I said that was fine but, can you at lease call me and I will come back for it .. he said NO! I was kinda surprised how rude he was because everyone that work there are so sweet ..
