On the same day, I realized I got the wrong size. So I returned the item for the correct size. I told the cashier I had a $20 gift card on the original receipt. She said it would roll over to the current purchase. Well it didn't and I paid more because the $20 wasn't add. I talked to customer service and they said once you use it, it's gone.
