We went in to go look for bins and found some on sale for 50% off and had a red dot that means it on sale and when we went to go pay the cash register had to get someone to check the price and when he did he just ripped of the sign and said that they were no longer on sale and rolled eyes and the sale was still till the 27 of this month. read more

This discount store is kinda small but is full of so many things you may need for your house. This Dollar general just opened maybe a month ago so its pretty clean and well organized. I liked how it had so many things almost looked like it had more than the one by Hanford-Armona. Everything here is at dicount prices. Was greeted and received good customer service. Down side is when I went into the restroom and was surprised at how dirty it was being a new store...needed to be dusted and restocked. I should add that it seemed to only be one employee in store so I can imagine it not being first priority since they need to tend their customers. Second thing that was a dinger is that when signing in my phone number to redeem my coupons, yes I love using coupons, their system would reboot and not redeem my coupons. I'm currently living in South Korea but I was in town visiting my family. We decided to stop by this establishment before heading to the beach. As soon as we walked in we did not feel welcome at all. There was a woman named Jillian who was EXTREMELY rude to my sister & made an inappropriate comment about my nieces hair. My sister called corporate only to be sent in circles with the operator. We most definitely will never be back to this place. Update: Apparently this Jillian woman is the manager & there's been numerous complaints about her & nothing has been done. Store cleanliness is horrible. Unpacked merchandise is always on the floor blocking stuff on shelves or making it awkward to walk around in the aisles. Staff could really use some lessons on customer service. And there's never enough people on staff which is horrible especially during COVID because the lines to checkout get super long and people don't distance all the while theres only one person at the register. I stopped going here and instead just make the drive to Walmart in Hanford. read more

I've had great experiences ever since my family and I had moved here. The manager Jillian was extremely courteous and made us feel welcome and comfortable. They have just about everything we needed and we're very impressed by the pricing. The store is very clean and kept up. The inventory might have limited choices and a bit small but the employees are pretty nice and it's pretty convenient to get a quick buy.

Very poor service here. The employees have no idea what they are doing. They had 2 employees trying to bring up customers on the same register when there is a line of 8 people deep. Then a new line forms at the other end of the registers and everyone that's been in line forever know is pissed. I left my stuff sitting and walked out. There are plenty of other stores to spend my money in that actually deserve to stay in business. read more

If you have ever dealt with the manager at dollar general Lemoore then you probably understand what I'm about to say. The store manager is absolutely terrible. She is always rude, disrespectful and has absolutely no customer service skills. She always has a sour look on her face and anytime you try to ask her a simple question she acts like you're bothering her and then gives you an attitude along with it. Worst part is that her unprofessional salty attitude is rubbing off on her employees heaven for bid you ask them to do their job without them giving you an attitude and a sour look on their face just like she gives you. Last time I checked they worked in retail which is also customer service but I think they didn't get the memo on what customer service is. I much rather would drive out of my way to go to a different Dollar General in another town then to have to waste my time and get disrespected with ignorant rude employees. read more
