Typically the seasonal stuff, Halloween, Christmas, summer, etc, are the higher priced items, but just wait until the holiday is over and you'll see price drops. We bought a brand new Christmas tree here (see pics) and it was on the a pricey side, but the quality is amazing and we really needed a new tree. We purchased a couch from them that we have taken care of very well, but it has started to fall apart. We are not hard on our furniture. Our kids do not stand or jump on it, we clean regularly, we don't sleep on it for hours at at time, and we never wear shoes in the house so shoes have never gotten near it. A couch should last longer than a few years without the piping breaking and poking through the material, the cushions not holding up at all, and other tears and pulls in the material. We called them multiple times about it. The customer service has been terrible every time. First they ask for pictures of the couch. We take the time to send the pics and never hear anything back. We call them back again later and they say they need to see our receipt. We tell them that we don't have it but ask if they have it on record. (The couch took months to arrive in the first place. They have to have a record of it). They tell us that they keep records but it would be "impossible" to find because they file it by month and year. So we tell them the month and year that we purchased it. They say that they will try and look it up and get back to us. We have never heard anything back from them. For that matter we never heard anything back from them when we were continually waiting for the couch to arrive. I honestly don't know why they wouldn't want to help us to be happy. We are the type that would definitely go back if the service is good and we would tell everyone. It's too bad because now we will tell everyone how bad it is.
