I've had some really terrible eye exam experiences in town at the last three facilities, and after leaving a doctor I loved in West Hollywood, I hadn't been able to find someone of that caliber locally until now. Dr Hayashi remembers his patients and is open to trying different things that may work best based on your feedback. One of my favorite things is that the office staff has the ability to text. They would have pictures of their patients all over the walls, they would offer you coffee or tea when you walked in, they would give little gifts of appreciation, and they would genuinely act happy to see you. Now it's a boring office where you are just a number like everywhere else. The walls are bare, they don't ask you if you want a drink, and they over charge for glasses which I was okay with since the customer service was worth it. But I'm so completely disappointed in this place that I don't plan on coming back. I used to be so excited to come here but now I'm going to find somewhere else.

Three weeks later when I received my glasses, they didn't fit my vision and Serrins had to re-do. Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! (Granted, Serrins have some friendly staff in the office, I would NOT recommend them based on my personal experience.)

The only thing I'd like to point out to visitors from other states-you have to pay for the Walmart bags.
