Rude receptionist lady seems like she doesn't like her job gives a passive aggressive attitude won't go into all the details but let's just say over the phone she clearly wasn't having a good day I want to feel comfortable going into my appointment not feel judge or spoken to rudely. My health is my priority as a patient I want to make sure I am treated with ethical practices. Wont be going here anymore. read more

Absolutely livid! I wish I listened to some of the reviews I've read about this place, but I scheduled an appointment anyway. I had my appointment scheduled at 3PM. I was a new patient and indicated that when I called to schedule. I arrived almost 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. She took my insurance card (I have Tricare and our insurance is through United Concordia) and gave me paperwork to fill out. I filled everything out and waited.. and waited.. and waited. At about 3:30PM the receptionist informed me that she was still calling my insurance company to verify and that was all they were waiting on. So I waited.... and waited.. and waited. Finally, it was 4PM and she was STILL trying to get a hold of my insurance company! I know it's not her fault that they could not get in contact with my insurance company, but I believe that verification should have been done prior to my visit. I have been to Western Dental and have never waited that long! I have other things to do with my day than sit there and wait in a waiting room while you call to verify. So I left and cancelled my appointment. I texted my friend and asked her which Dentist she went to wish is Dr. Reimer in Lemoore on D st. I called them immediately to schedule an appointment. She asked if I was a new patient and immediately took down all of my information over the phone including my insurance, and my husband's information so they can verify before I get there! That's what should have been done in the first place! I will NEVER EVER go to this dentist place again. I watched 4 people be seen before me and 2 of them came in AFTER I arrived! I would have much rather went to Western Dental over this place, and I HATE Western Dental. read more

My first dental appointment went as great as the second!! Thank you! to Armanado for such a great recommendation!! All staff and the doctors were friendly, nice and very professional! I deal with a lot of anxiety and I was impressed cuz I didnt feel that going to this office. Everyone was smiling happy and content says aot about a work place. It made me feel relaxed in knowing they were all hapy being there serving the public and new comers like myself was greeted just like their regulars! Im in need of a lot of dental work and they all told me positive responses. Later I thought about what they all said to me was so sweet some made me laugh!. Doctor Sean who attended me was down to earth, he listen to me, we conversated he explained to me options. I've never been excited to go to a dentist visit till I found this place!! Here's my recommendation!! If you need a new place or if your seeking another opinion whatever you may need this is the place, now I know why its a busy place, makes sense. Shady practice. Went in with broken crown. They immediately ground off 3 crowns. Made new ones. They broke off a year later. I was living in another state and was stuck. Had to get a bridge for those front teeth. Wasted thousands of dollars for poor quality crowns. read more

Overbooked. Long waits. Rushed visits. Overcharged. Failed crown due to improper cementing and placement. He drilled a hole in the top of it trying to make it fit better. Painful cleaning that was very rushed. Didn't x-ray painful teeth which are now costing me a bit to fix. The friend who recommended this place is going through dental hell getting his root canal work repaired. read more

I've been coming here for 2 years. However, my routine dental visit became more of an interrogation. Stephanie the dental assistant took my exam, and we went into another room for my cleaning. Stephanie seen a truck outside and asked if it was mine, I said yes. Little did I know she started to bombard me with personal questions. Dr. Rafisoylymen came in and did my cleaning. He was great, once he was done he left. Stephanie continued with more questions. At this point I was uncomfortable and wanted my paper work so I can pay and leave. Not coming back. read more
