I have been working with Bright Now Dental & Orthodontics for a treatment plan for clear aligners…read more I chose Bright Now because Dr. David Pressutti is an amazing Orthodontist and also because BND&O accepts my dental insurance. This pocket of California lacks the selection of providers that Northern and Southern California offers. Dr. Pressutti is fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about him. He is great to work with, very clear with the treatment plan and has overall great energy. My treatment plan is approximately 100 days and calls for 10 sets of trays each worn for 10 days. The staff is okay and friendly for the most part. Raquel is great with handling estimates and insurance and billing. I probably wouldn't choose BND&O for regular dental treatment because I prefer smaller privately owned offices, but definitely recommend Dr. Pressutti. Just know that he is only in this office on Fridays because he has his own successful private practice in Fresno.

Rushing your employees to work at that pace will cause mistakes and poor performance to the patient. My child was the last patient and the dentist was so quick to finish the work that she tried shoving the new temporary tooth in my child's mouth multiple times so my child got home and immediately complained of his jaw hurting. The pain my child is going through could have been avoided and the wait time we did was the last straw for me to ever want to take my kids again. Mind you I am always ending up paying out of pocket for what ever they charge that my insurance didn't cover which is totally fine but really to pay for that type of work and experience and professionalism is disappointing. I would like to say some employees there are very professional but some still need some reeducation on proper customer service and professionalism. Smiling and whispering and taking the time and effort to make the customer feel more uncomfortable is not something that should be happening within your facility. I gave my review because the customer is always right And sooner or later the same complaint will be resolved.

When I followed up, I was told the same thing again with no answers. Staff become dismissive and short when you ask questions, and no one takes accountability. It feels like they don't want to deal with VA patients, and the lack of communication has delayed my care for months.
