This pocket of California lacks the selection of providers that Northern and Southern California offers. Dr. Pressutti is fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about him. He is great to work with, very clear with the treatment plan and has overall great energy. My treatment plan is approximately 100 days and calls for 10 sets of trays each worn for 10 days. The staff is okay and friendly for the most part. Raquel is great with handling estimates and insurance and billing. I probably wouldn't choose BND&O for regular dental treatment because I prefer smaller privately owned offices, but definitely recommend Dr. Pressutti. Just know that he is only in this office on Fridays because he has his own successful private practice in Fresno.

Two of her teeth have cracked and some of the tooth fell out. One her filling wasn't sitting right and needed to be adjusted, then fell out a few days later. She's been in pain for weeks on end. Nobody up front or when she's in back have given her any instructions on how to care for it, what she should be eating during this, etc. There's really been no care beyond just doing the job and sending her on her way to experience pain after the fact. We've had to look up alot of how to take care of her at home when I would assume the dentist office should be providing this information to her before or after her procedures. It's been such a hassle we're looking into going to another dentists office 45min away because this town doesn't seem to provide proper care anymore.
