I have been coming here for over 10 years. Dr. Sanchez is a wonderful dentist. He is honest, thorough, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, caring and compassionate when it comes to his patients. He clearly explains the treatment plan and goes over what to expect during and post treatment. The dental assistants are kind and professional. My daughter went in to get some fillings and she has anxiety and Tanya the Dental Assistant saw that my daughter's hands were shaking and she held my daughter's hand to comfort her. So I heard great things about this Place, The Dr was very nice and informative, however the Office Wife was not professional. Looking me up and down. Pulled me to a room and gave me an estimate of $238 paid in full for my Small cavity so I applied it to my Care Credit that day. she said that my next cleaning would be free in 6mos. To my surprise she called me like2 weeks later and said I Owe $48 more dollars! #1 your really gonna Call me at work to ask for the money and #2 you lied when I received my Credit card statement she charged me $520.00 and then returned it and didn't Even bothering explaining that!!! I find this placed to be very OVER PRICED AND SHADY! Don't be FOOLED I AM CALLING MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO FILE A COMPLAINT! It's sad that a OFFICE wife can Ruin someone's business and the poor guy don't even know. Going back to Jenny He Tulare. New clean office very nice and reasonable NO SURPRISES THERE. HIPPA Violation putting private medical history is against the law!! You can not put anyone's medical on public record! The office wife was fishing to see how much credit I had on my card. That's why she ran my credit card for over $500 Husband and wife work as a team to get as much money out of you! He does the work and she comes in the room and tells you it's gonna be extra. Poor business practice! And after my post the office wife had her office staff post nice things about the office beware consumers! Not dismissed if it makes you feel better that I had my insurance contact your office great pending fraud. You still have to speak with BBB and the state for violation of my privacy! Jose and Joelle Sanchez are two of the best dentists I have gone to! They both were respectfully to me and super courteous to my needs. I would definitely recommend their services. It is a nice change to have nice people in the community to help serve people; No matter what is going on in their days or lives, the entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful- helping their patients when they could be otherwise. Dr. Sanchez is everything you want in a dentist. He's polite, very informative, and truly wants to make your visit enjoyable and stress-free. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed about 8 hours ago and I feel great! The procedure was shorter than I ever imagined and I hardly felt a thing! Dr. Sanchez went over every aspect of the procedure before he began and even guided me through breathing techniques to help ease my anxiety! To top it all off, I was offered an iPod to listen to while the drilling and pulling was going on-- thank goodness for that! Last but certainly not least, the staff here are amazing. I found this place though Yelp. Saw the reviews were good, so I decided to check it out. I needed to get my wisdom tooth pulled out. I went through a couple of steps before the actual procedure. I got my X-Rays done first. The assistant was very nice. Dr. Jose Sanchez helped next. He was very cordial, humble and very specific on the treatment I needed. He made my experience very comfortable. Eventually I had my wisdom tooth taken out. He was very straight-forward with the procedure. It was rather painless, and even offered an iPod to listen to while he took off my tooth. That actual relaxed me more. Very creative! All in all I found my dentist, and I'm beyond satisfied with my experience! read more

After my Dentist retired I didn't know whom to go to. Dr. Sanchez came very highly recommended...so we gave him a try. He does a wide variety of dental care. Great bed side manners...really makes you feel at ease. Across the board I really like the staff. The girls in the front are super helpful and always accommodating. The downfall you ask? No Friday hours. I know he has shared with me to always call in the case something comes up, but I'm not that type of person to "bother" people. Anyhow...love the guy and my whole family goes there...let's hope he doesn't retire anytime soon! :) read more

As being a previous RDA and working in the dental field, I am very picky and very observant at the doctors or dentist I go to. I gave Dr Sanchez a try and I have been his patient for a few years now. His office is very clean his staff, his wife, and himself are super nice. They even fit me in the last minute once since I did let them know I can't really get days off at my work. I gladly appreciated it. His office is always clean as well. And they do explain the dental work and procedure well in lame terms even tho i know all the dental terms and i know exactly what they are doing without looking lol plus I even recommended him to my mother and others since the office does speak Spanish. I highly recommend DR Sanchez's office. Every dentist isn't perfect but I've heard and seen negative and positive comments or experiences in all places and offices. read more

Don't be fooled by the great reviews. Dr. Sanchez was a very respectable Doctor and was pleasant to deal with. If I were giving Dr. Sanchez himself a review I would give him five stars. However, his Wife (Joelle), who is also the office manager, is very disrespectful. My Wife went in for her appointment and was treated poorly by Joelle. At no point in time should you ever raise your voice or yell at a Client. After leaving in tears and not even seeing the Doctor, my wife called me to inform me of her visit. I personally drove to the office to discuss with Joelle what the issue was and why my Wife was treated so poorly. It just so happened she wasn't in the office. I asked to be called when she returned. A few hours later I received a phone call from Joelle. After explaining my concerns, she showed no regard for my Wife or the way that she was treated. In fact, she blamed the situation on my Wife. I will not be returning and I would suggest others go elsewhere. There are far too many Dental Providers in the area to put up with poor treatment. If you go in as a Client, you should be treated as such, with the upmost respect. read more
