When I contacted the VA directly, I was told the request had already been sent back to the office due to an incorrect billing code they submitted. The office never informed me of this and continued to say they were "waiting on the VA." I also called about a cracked bridge and was told I would get a call back. Three days later, nothing. When I followed up, I was told the same thing again with no answers. Staff become dismissive and short when you ask questions, and no one takes accountability. It feels like they don't want to deal with VA patients, and the lack of communication has delayed my care for months.

I sat in a room for 30 minutes before heading in for X-rays. Once the X-rays were completed, it was back to the room for more waiting. The staff members were friendly. When I asked one of the staff members if they did teeth whitening, they must have saw dollar signs because out of nowhere, Dr Hilda Wee pops in within 30 seconds to sell me whitening. This woman was full of doom and gloom without even looking in my mouth and I could see the dollar signs rolling in her eyes like a slot machine. The kicker was that there was only one hygienist on site that day and I would have to either wait until she was done or schedule another appointment. By this time I had been there for 90 minutes. (Never explained their 4 month plan for additional charges) the first time charges were $416 for treatment. When I decided no on additional treatment made me keep waiting for correct refund amount. She was to take $416 out of the $1800 she charged on first visit. Then she gave me a refund receipt for $1333. that is shorting me $51 I asked and she said your total was $466! a lie! I had receipt in hand with my signature for $416!!!!
