You get reminder updates via email and/or texts, landline, or your choice. Staff will give you a good idea of the costs ahead of time. Appointment times are typically under one (1) week wait time, usually sooner. YAY! In-office wait time is under five (5) minutes. No joke!!! There is no irritating gossip or back-biting going on in the office. YAY! The staff work seamlessly as a team. All staff is friendly, knowledgeable & willing to help. YAY! I have been a patient for four over four (4) years. On all levels, the absolute best staff there is. Dr. "Nandita" & staff have an excellent rapport. I was very satisfied with my recent visit at Kings Dental Group. I have my primary dentist , but I needed something done about a crown in the front of my mouth ASAP. So I told my husband to call his dentist They were able to help me and their service was awesome. Very polite staff and very clean office. I especially appreciate it when people are nice to my children. I had to bring my 9 MO old with me to the app. While the dentist did his evaluation on my teeth , the nurse tried her best to keep my LO quiet. I called for a drop-in and they set me up within an hour. On my way there, I received a text just to confirm that I really was scheduled. Nice to know I'm on the radar. Haven't been in for two years. None of the typical "How long since your last confession, my child?" sort of thing. The lady (sorry I don't remember her name) was completely welcoming and did her work so painlessly I wondered if she was doing anything at all. Imagine actually liking to go to the dentist... Saaayy whaaaat??! I'm serious. Read on.. The cleanliness is godliness here. Staff is beyond friendly. Very warm, helpful, sincere and genuine. Wait time is almost non existent. Their appointment reminder system (email, text, and voice) is tops! Never forget an appointment again! Very cozy and fun waiting room- refreshments, keurig coffee and teas, pleasant decor..did I mention how clean this place is??! I am most impressed, however, by the manner in which Dr. O'Hare and his staff carefully explain each step of each procedure in detail to make sure I am on the same page and understand as to why and how something is being done. I LOVE this place! Coming from out of state this was the first dentistry i tried in Lemoore. A friend had recommend me to this dentistry and my first visit I felt so welcomed. The staff here are very nice and they really care about all their patients. After getting my braces removed I had a a lot of unanswered questions and concerns with my teeth. Dr. O'Hare answered all my questions and fixed the concerns I had with my teeth. If they are really busy they have a priority list to make sure all there patients are seen in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely continue coming to this place! :) read more

I've been going to Kings Dental since I was in Jr. High and I love it there. They are the most friendly people and always so caring. Dr. O'Hare is a great dentist and is very helpful with any questions I have had overtime. I have beautiful teeth and it's all because of them. Dr. O'Hare has been my dentist for over a decade now. His office staff are some of the most pleasant people I've ever met. They make me feel at ease, cared for, and I LOVE his dental services. When I was originally looking for a dentist, his ad. stated, "not just care, but caring." That is exactly what we get. I mentioned once to the receptionist that I was dealing with morning sickness, and she called me the next day to offer some tips for morning sickness that worked for me! Every hygienist remembers details about me and my family. I swear, they must take notes! I remember there was an occasion when I got particularly overwhelmed and hadn't skipped an appointment. Dr. O'Hare personally called me to make sure he was still my dentist! They know I love them! I wish all medical offices could get it together like they do! read more

I went here based off of a recommendation from my co-worker. I'd been fed up with Western Dental and all of the crazy wait times, rude staff, and impersonal check-ups. I should have switched Dentists sooner. Now, this is the first Dentist that I've tried outside of Western Dental. I must have gotten extremely lucky to hit the jackpot on the first go around. This office is inviting, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My first appointment was less than a week's wait. On the day of my appointment, they sent me a friendly text reminder a few hours beforehand. Upon arrival, I filled out the forms and waited. My wait time was less than 10 minutes before I was called up. They toured me around their office, showing me the different rooms and equipment that they had. They're very proud and invested in what they do. This is a local business, so the place isn't huge; but they've made great use of the space in a very effective way. The visit was great and so was the service. My next visit, I walked through the front door and didn't even get a chance to talk before the lady at the front desk greeted me by name and told me they were ready for me. 0 wait time. Phenomenal. I have my third appointment this week, and I definitely cannot wait. They've made my smile better with each visit and I'm looking forward to discussing options for some more Dental work that I need. Let me start out by saying that this office goes above and beyond to treat patients like family. Its not at all an office based off of a cattle call of Patients. You are truly treated with kindness and respect from the first phone call. The front office does a job of seamlessly coordinating treatment. Dr. O'Hare is very conservative in regards to his diagnosis. If he says something needs to be done then do it! He is by far the most honest Dentist that I have met. Now in regards to the amazing team of Hygienists I must give special recognition to Brenda. She was thorough with her cleaning and I didnt feel like Edward scissor hands went to work in my mouth. She was kind and made my visit a great one. Sadly I had to move out of the area and have yet to find an office of the same caliber. I am honestly contemplating making the 7 hour drive twice a year to have my teeth cleaned. Yes, this office is well worth a 7 hour drive if not more.
