Do you do partials there and how fast you get them?

Yes. We do partials at our office. The turnaround time totally depends on the type of partial that is being ordered, and the lab that we are using. A simple temporary partial can be made in a few days.… Read more

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place looks amazing, very professional and clean. I appreciate the automated appointment text messages for reminding me of my upcoming appointment, it's very useful with a busy schedule. Although my appointment took almost a month to book, it was worth the wait. They guided me with all the information for the next steps in my dental work very professionally and with utmost patience for all my questions. They even give a goodie bag for first time patients. Overall, I'll be recommending this dentist office to my friends and neighbors in the area. The only regret I have is not coming sooner! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Here is the incident report! My daughter's first visit with…read morethis dentist (Dr. Reimer). I took my 8 year old to have her teeth cleaned and X-rays because she was having some discomfort. I have been taking her to a registered dental hygienist every three months for cleanings. They (Dr Reimers office) recommended getting sealant for the molers which I said "great that works". My child already was feeling anxiety and fear because of all the drilling and noises in this office you could hear while waiting. Very open concept. Loud noises. She was having a tough time keeping her mouth open as this was her first time with this sealant procedure. I was sitting with her and trying to help her be more comfortable with the situation. While she was still getting this procedure done, the dentist came stomping in and began telling me that we can't continue using our dental hygienist and that we can only have her office clean our teeth. I took this as bullying me into not seeing the dental hygienist who takes care of my kids teeth cleanings. She (the dental hygienist) has an office that is quiet, super professional and perfect for anyone who doesn't like loud noises, has anxiety or overall a tough time with the general dentist atmosphere. I'm absolutely beside myself that a dentist(dr.reimer) would ever be so unprofessional and inapproriate! She did this to me in front of my 8 year old child who was being worked on. She should be embarrassed for how she was acting and how demeaning she was while speaking to me. Is it possible that this is a common occurrence to many, if not all her patients? She berated me and tried to bully me into her inapproriate way of conducting business! I can't believe someone that has a Dr. title would act in this manner in front of a 8 year old child who already is having a tough time, her staff and all the patients that were in office today!!! I was totally surprised at her behavior. Lemoore community has always had space for everyone to succeed and work with one another!! This doctor could have avoided this review from happening if she would have had the courtesy of asking to speak with me after my 8 year old child's procedure was completed in a private area. She could have just said that they don't want patients that use a dental hygienist that doesn't work in their practice. But instead she escalated the encounter and it was uncomfortable and unnecessary. You can tell her whole office and staff is on edge when you say you see the dental hygienist. She is not in the business of women empowerment at all! To bully and talk down to me as if I don't understand what your doing or saying is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not stand for this especially after she did it in front of my 8 year old child who was still being worked on. My child was the verge of tears leaving because of the dentists actions. Let's just say she doesn't want our business if you use a dental hygienist that isn't working within her practice. You could tell the whole office heard the spectacle she created in her own practice!!! Stay far away from this office and Dr Reimer who doesn't empower women or children. My child also had no cavities and she didn't even get a no cavity reward they talked about giving her! Don't take your kids here if you want them to have a great dental experience.

My mouth was in poor shape and the first thing I liked was that the staff didn't make me feel judged. Jack came up with a plan and had me comfortable and out of pain in minutes. Pricing is fair and had no issues with my insurance. Finding a good dentist that cares, GENUINELY cares, is not easy to do and in this little office in Hanford I have found one and I will continue to be a patient and sing praises from the rooftops. Keep up the good work, and again Thank you for everything you did to help me.

The most I recall waiting was 10 min after my appt time, but that was a one off as most time I get called to the back within a few minute after being checked in. When being recommended treatment, I get well informed on the problem areas which they can see through visual inspections as well as their high tech equipment. This past year I also moved forward with Aligners that were recommend and it's been the best decision made. What I like the most is Dr Nagrani and his team offer this in their office so I communicated with them directly with any concerns. Lastly, Dr Nagrani is passionate about his profession and it's noticed through every interaction I have with him! I encourage anyone looking for a dentist to make an appt here.

I sat in a room for 30 minutes before heading in for X-rays. Once the X-rays were completed, it was back to the room for more waiting. The staff members were friendly. When I asked one of the staff members if they did teeth whitening, they must have saw dollar signs because out of nowhere, Dr Hilda Wee pops in within 30 seconds to sell me whitening. This woman was full of doom and gloom without even looking in my mouth and I could see the dollar signs rolling in her eyes like a slot machine. The kicker was that there was only one hygienist on site that day and I would have to either wait until she was done or schedule another appointment. By this time I had been there for 90 minutes. I decided to schedule another appointment, but with another dental office because these guys are a complete joke and waste of my Friday afternoon.

One nurse seemed pleasant and professional, and one was a total opposite. My son had never been under anesthesia and was slow to recover. As he regained consciousness, he began to jabber on a little loud. The mean nurse came in and yelled at him to keep it down and accused him of impacting office staff. Not five minutes later, she had him in a wheelchair and out the door. She stood behind the wheelchair and offered no assistance getting him out of the chair and into my truck. I feel that he was taken out of recovery far too soon as he could barely walk even with assistance. When I picked up his prescription the next day, I found that he was prescribed antibiotics that he has allergic reactions to. They were given that information both in writing and verbally prior to the surgery, and yet still, the prescription was written. It would have been addressed in recovery if we had received any post procedure instructions, but there were absolutely none given. To be fair, I feel it necessary to point out that a single individual caused all the negativity that we experienced. Regardless, we will seek professional dental help elsewhere in the future.

They sent a text asking if he wanted to move the appointment time and he responded yes, but the automated text was not clear that it was rescheduled. There was no confirmation, only a text that said something along the lines of sorry, our office cannot respond, please call the office. My husband called the office 6 times prior to the appointment but no answer. We showed up at the original appointment time to be met with a very upset receptionist who threatened to report my husband to his job, which could cause serious financial punishment. When my husband said he called the office multiple times she said that the lines had been open all day and then asked what time did he call. My husband said he called around 12:30 or 1pm which she then responded with "well that's our lunch time". She then said that the appointment would have to be rescheduled for another day. I asked her "how is he supposed to know the time you are at lunch, that is not his fault" and she responded very rudely and with an attitude that "everyone takes lunch at that time". That was very unprofessional and unnecessary to say because no, not everyone takes lunch at that time. Different offices and places have different lunches. Nonetheless, the entire situation was a misunderstanding, both parties were at fault. We were very nice and respectful but she was not. The nurse and doctor that did my husband's surgery were amazing. That good experience with them was ruined by a receptionist was very passive aggressive. My husband even apologized to her before his surgery. We were referred from the navy base to this location. Neither of us deserved to be talked to rudely over a misunderstanding. This was horrible especially before a surgery.
