I don't know if it's because they overbook so many patients or if they just don't manage their time correctly but every single appointment I've had I've been waiting for at least 40 minutes. my appointment could be at 11 and I'll be waiting till 11:50. this is insane. they don't value their patients time!!! read more

Horrible office! Rude, unprofessional, does not return phone calls! Multiple times I have had to call for weeks at a time for billing or a manager to return my call and still no return. Tons of messages left but it doesn't matter. They are always "out to lunch, out for the day or helping another patient". I purposely have to miss a payment just for someone to call me back and even that takes days. Under new management but she's just as bad as the old manager and completely rude on the phone once I do get her on. Not only to me but to other patient's parents I've talked to. She acts like I'm inconveniencing her with questioning when clearly it's her job to help families. They line up the chairs like an assembly-line so there is no privacy! They treat patients and parents like they're an ATM with dollar signs on their foreheads. Children are not paychecks! They never try to remember patients names. Very impersonal. I am taking my business elsewhere. Don't waste your insurance, time and money on this place. read more

My daughter was a patient and she just got her braces removed and than need to get an tooth removed so by the time she did they told her she took too long and she had to get braces all over again mind you we were never told there was a time gram worst experience ever my daughter is crying because now what are we supposed to do we did what was told of us it is not her fault that her dentist was packed and could not see her sooner . I do not recommend this place to no one they do not give u the proper information to the clients. read more

Just got my braces from Unique Orthodontist and the staff is amazing! They could have easily put my braces on another day but they fit me in 30 minutes before closing and stayed over time for me. They are ALL very sweet and answer all of your questions. I was shocked when I heard it'll only take 45 minutes for my braces when the orthodontist my siblings go to took over 4 hours. Prices are cheaper than other orthodontics. With the payment plan it makes it even easier to afford. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone who wants braces the same day as the consultation. No need to wait any longer! read more

Tulare unique orthodontist is great they are friendly helpful and quick. I consider this place affordable compared to other places as I did look around before deciding to get services with them. My kids like that they are friendly quick and gentle they are in and out in a timely matter. The place is usually clean and smelling great. read more

Was not happy with customer service. Sent over insurance info this morning and because THEY DIDN'T process PRIOR to our arrival, mind you , we don't live in Tulare, so no visit today. Then, because insurance is closed now, not even a re-schedule was made. To top it off, we are in a global pandemic and people having hardships to waste such time and not take other things into consideration, as for being behind on a payment, or 2! I would personally like to thank General Manager Michelle, customer service rep. Claudia and The Doc for today as I went for a consultation for my daughters. We waited patiently for this day.... BUT it took Ms. Michelle to return my call, immediately schedule us 2 days after her call, and then TODAY on our visit, she personally introduces herself and gets my daughters going. That was AMAZING customer service and with a smile the whole visit. She basically took my hand from start to finish and brought along Ms. Claudia who completed our intake and The Doc who made today possible with Gods will. Ms. Claudia was such a pleasure to speak with. She too has wonderful customer service skills and made sure we were well handled and ensured mom (myself) was good with everything as well. She's such a people person and I'm very pleased to bring these people into my "extended family". Lastly, my girls are SUPER HAPPY with the services, with the establishment in Tulare as it was our first visit ever, and super happy with those that made today an EPIC DAY FOR THEM! I would recommend this location. Hopefully the Hanford location will open soon and Michelle and her staff can set the same standards as it is in the Tulare office. I just want to say this is the best service I've ever experienced in a dental office, especially here in Hanford. Everyone from the doctors down to the receptionist made me feel extremely comfortable, and made my visit fast and easy. I was seen 15 minutes before my appointment time, was in a chair within minutes after the initial check-up, and had my braces (unexpectedly) put on before I knew it.. visit lasted under 2 1/2 hours total when I would have still been waiting at other offices!! The financial advisor was very clear on the payment process, and gave you a budget to work with. The main dentist was super friendly and knew his stuff; upfront and didn't sugar coat things, I guess you can say. I definitely do not recommend this place. They treat you like numbers and not a person. When we found out that my insurance wouldn't pay, no one contacted me. I had to contact them. And then it took a few days for someone to call me back. Only for them to give me outrages prices and tried to make me feel guilty for not agreeing to anything. When said they would contact me within a month nothing. So 3 months later I got a letter in the mail that was dated 3 months ago. Shouldn't I have gotten then? Stated that I couldn't be reached. Um I never got a call or message. Remember I called them first. Oh and to top the icing on the cake we had to retake the impressions because someone didn't know what they were doing. I went and got a second price quote from a trusted orthodontist that wasn't from a franchise and believe it or not was actually cheaper and treat you like a patient rather than a number. Thank God I didn't sign a contract that I would have been stuck in knowing that my child will end up not liking and wanting to go elsewhere. read more
