Uploaded all my insurance cards and ID. By the time I got to the office, it was easy breezy and the front desk staff was super nice. Burgandy did the advance tests and was also super nice! Dr. Feil did some more tests and explained what was happening in my eyes in simple, easy to understand terms. He is very thorough! Since I'm a Medicare insurance agent, I have spoken to hundreds of clients over the years about cataract surgery and how they felt pressured to pay extra for laser and upgraded lens. We had nice convo about cataract surgery where he freely shared his thoughts about the different options. Everyone made me feel very welcomed! I felt like I had been going there for years. Was there waiting time, in between tests? Yes. But nothing out of the ordinary. I don't mind at all and even relish the quiet moments. Overall, I woud totally recommend Dr. Feil!

Three weeks later when I received my glasses, they didn't fit my vision and Serrins had to re-do. Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! (Granted, Serrins have some friendly staff in the office, I would NOT recommend them based on my personal experience.)

Also he practices and was taught (eastern Medicine) Traditional Chinese Medicine and that is why you might think he was strange as US practices Western.
