The doctor took their time, was extremely thorough, and explained everything with a level of knowledge that made me feel confident in my care. What stood out most was how kind and present they were throughout the entire appointment. The exam itself was very comprehensive, and it's clear they truly care about doing things properly rather than rushing patients through. I've had some really terrible eye exam experiences in town at the last three facilities, and after leaving a doctor I loved in West Hollywood, I hadn't been able to find someone of that caliber locally until now. This office actually exceeds that experience, which says a lot. They also took my insurance and CareCredit, which made the whole process even easier and more accessible. I'm so happy to have found this office and finally feel like I've found my eye doctor. Highly recommend.

All paid for by myself & VSP Premier eye insurance. Best experience today. Very little wait time. Parking was packed/full outside but they have more parking through the alley entrance. Just watch out for that PotHole. That GEICO commercial just popped in my head right now. "Cuz I'm a pothole." Thank you Family Eye care. Your services are 5 star. Please check out my other reviews. They were really flexible with the schedule (same-day basically right away). They did it for free, even though I'm not a regular client (though I think I will be now). They even threw on new nose pads. I had already gone to another place that day that said they couldn't be fixed. That group thought they needed to tighten the screw and it wouldn't tighten more. So glad I called these guys. It was an 8+ minute hold, but I assume it's usually not that bad. Regardless, it seems like they're busy for good reason. It was worth the wait for me in this case.
