The problem was that the gel was was in a different looking packaging and I assumed it was a lotion because it looked different from the gel I had just put in my bag. I immediately went back the next day (Sunday May 29th 2022 around 11am) to exchange the gel for lotion but the sales woman said I had to pick another shower gel and that I couldn't exchange for a lotion. I didn't need another gel I just wanted the lotion which was the same price. But the woman said it didn't matter, I had to exchange a gel for another gel. I don't understand this exchange policy it makes no sense. I have spent an obscene amount of money at this store over the years and this is how they reward their loyal customers? Terrible and shameful. I told the woman I will never shop there again, she said "okay sure that's fine". They don't care. They will never get another penny for me. If you find yourself making a mistake a grabbing the wrong item and you want good and fair customer service... you won't get it through this company. Avoid this place like the plague!

We walked away and came back about 5min later and then Joy saw us standing there and told us we'd get started once the other class had finished. We started about 10-15min after the scheduled class time. The scent selection process and actual candle-making was very fun! Joy explained things well and it was overall a fun experience. Our class ran late so there were a few couples for the next class that walked in looking for instruction. Now that I know how it works I'd feel comfortable coming back! It was pretty pricey but Joy was a great instructor!
