Their irregular schedule caused me to miss the window for picking up a buy online pick up in store order. I went to pick my order up the first time and they were randomly closed on a Saturday afternoon. A store associate specifically called me a few days later to remind me to pick up my order before closing that day to avoid cancellation. I told her I had come before and the store was closed and she told me they were closing again early that day but if I arrived before 3pm, I should be able to get my order. I came by at about 12:45 pm and the store was closed already without any note or explanation. You also can't reach anyone by phone to find out what's going on. Since I had come all the way there I wanted to see if they had just closed for lunch or if they were closed for the day. Everything else around it in the mall was open. There are several other locations in the area. I will not shop at this one again.

The last thing I ever want to do is get crystals from a place with such negative reviews - especially if the owner's spirit is allegedly not good..but my life has shifted direction and cautiously I went to visit. You know... I had a great time. Jessie was my energy guide and she helped me along to figure out what I needed. As aforementioned - it is a time of change and clarity for me so I had to get some stones .. too much foolery going about. Sigh .. $85+ later. I'm guessing who people are speaking about was the other woman who was mature in age. She didn't seem friendly at all. I don't think she even looked me in the face one time. I asked Anthonia if she could ring us up real quick while her customer had stepped away from the counter and Anthonia said um I can ring you up when I'm finished helping my current customer Anthonia then referred that client to yet another product to swap for. My guess Anthonia is best qualified for the floor vs the register where she can patiently help undecided customers make up their minds.

Everything there is handmade and beautiful, from their jewelry to paintings to candles and so on. We encountered so many types of succulents and cactus tha we have never seen before. So interesting! The owner is so creative, with the pants placed with such care about the shop.
