He pointed to 3 bouquets and we picked the most expensive & nicest ones! The arrangement was beautiful and had a pumpkin as the vase. I think the cheapest was $59.99 for a mini vase of assorted flowers. I am out of town, so I only went here because I was thinking the price would be reasonable and usually wholesale places has better prices. I can't give a rating, because the flowers were never received. I had to leave a star rating in order to review. This company doesn't service the area that I'm at, however there is no place that I could find on their website that you could check to see if they do service your area before you take the time and trouble of ordering them and paying for them. This was my biggest complaint as by the time this was made known to me it was too late really to send flowers. Also on a negative note they were impossible to reach by phone, even to leave a message although calling at a time and day that they state they are open. Now the positives: they do have an email and message center that you can write with questions or/and concerns and they will answer within a few hours, one day at the most. The prices are very competitive and if their advertisement is to be believed you are getting the most bang for your flower buck. But again, I don't know what the quality is. Another positive point is that they reversed charges for the flowers, and I was fully refunded for the dollar amount charged. read more

I went in today to address a problem with a bouquet purchased there yesterday. I spoke to two men and, while they did replace the flowers in issue, neither was particularly kind or helpful. One was actually rude. When I asked, I found out that they are the owners. (Apparently ownership has recently changed; the kind older gentleman from the past was not there.) I expressed my misgivings about the treatment I received and one of them did end up trying to be nice and conciliatory, apologizing for the other's behavior and offering an amends. While I appreciate Ryan's efforts, the other owner did not apologize for his own rude behavior. Personally, I choose not to support people who are not kind. We used Fresh Cut Wholesale Flowers for our wedding... our first appointment went well, the owner showed us many options and the prices were affordable compared to other shops. We returned for a second appointment to put down our deposit and were told the color of flower we had chosen (the color he recommended) would not be available for our day... we had chosen it at his recommendation but whatever, I was able to adjust. Fast forward months later to us picking up our order... the flowers were a THIRD color. What? He told us only red would be available but the color we were given was white. Why didn't we receive a call? Why was there no communication? We were unaware the color had changed yet again until we opened the box, he never mentioned it. Although we were able to live with yet another color swap, others might have less flexibility. On top of that he wasn't apologetic whatsoever. I'd only recommend this florist if you are on a super tight budget and are willing to accept last minute surprises. read more

The only florist that I'll use in Visalia. The owner will let you go into the walk-in refrigerator and pick out the flowers that you want in your compositions, and the bouquets come out very nicely. Definitely not as cheap as Costco, but the arrangements are dressed tastefully. The product is fresher than the other florists that I've checked out. Give them a lead time of two days, and you're not buying a pre-made arrangement that'd been sitting in the cooler for half of its useful life. Just a quick tip: I purchased a bouquet of stargazers, and they did remove the stamens. This is standard practice for lilies considering the pollen from stamens can drop and stain the petals (and possibly clothes - it produces a pukey brown color). Any florist that's worth their salt will remove the stamens from lilies. read more

I scheduled an appointment to check Fresh Cut Flowers out for my upcoming wedding. My mom recommended them since she had used them two years ago for her wedding. She loved their work. We met with Manuel (florist / owner) and I gave him wedding details, such as the colors and the theme. He seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I showed him a photo (from Pinterest of course) and he said he had done a similar bouquet for a wedding last week. He showed us his work with pictures and actually took us into the "cold room." That's where he stores his flowers and assembled a little something to use as a preview. It was gorgeous! He has various different styles and arrangements. He knows what goes together and what doesn't and he gives his opinion. No wonder he knows what he's doing, he's been in business since 1994! I've checked with other florists and their prices and he is the BEST choice. The prices he has to offer are reasonable.
