Turns out they are not local and rescheduled my order to be delivered June 4th- instead of the original date of June 3rd. They did this 20 minutes before their customer service line closed. My mothers birthday is June 3rd, so needless to say I was very upset. I did another search and found Julie's. I called them at 3:45 pm, and Lety was not only able to make me feel better (I was crying), but they were also able to put together a lovely bouquet and have it delivered to my mom by 7 pm.
