She cut my hair much shorter than what I had asked for and didn't look much like what I had asked for. At the end she didn't even hand me a mirror so I could see the cut all around, specifically the back. She charged me $60 (plus tip) and it wasn't worth it. When I got home, I noticed that on the left side there were areas that some hair was longer than others. On top of the terrible hair cut, the lady that cut my hair and another employee were laughing at some clients comments she had made about herself and the other employee went on to criticize a client that she was waiting for. The both chitchatted like it was a normal thing to do. I found that disrespectful so that's another good reason not to ever go back, not that I would.

He is a very talented hairstylist who I trust when it comes to dying and cutting my hair. I'm very picky when it comes to my hair. I have unfortunately had some bad past experiences. So when I saw Juan's work, and his ability to make great hair look so effortless I had to book an appointment. My first appointment consisted of him asking about my hair, and previous things I've tried with my hair. Have I ever had black dye in my hair, have I bleached it..or used box dye in my hair..etc. he wanted to know if he was working with a blank slate, or if there were any precautions he needed to take. I had never had anyone ever ask me about my hair history. I was impressed. Juan has not disappointed me, and continues to do any amazing job. She was performing the blunt cut in sections when she started taking down the front section, I ended the cut. I saw what the back looked like from the mirror, and I realized that she did not have the ability to make an a-line haircut.
