After the second cancellation, I ended up cancelling the appointment myself since we'd already requested time off work twice. Then, for my own appointment, she asked me to come in early. I confirmed, but arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, which I take responsibility for. Still, her response was to tell me she could only do a cut, no blowout, because she'd re-booked me between two other clients. I didn't want to leave with unwashed or wet hair. I walked out with no cut, no wash, no blowout, and three appointments cancelled or cut short. I expected far better after such a strong first visit, but now don't recommend based on my experience.
