@_luizamedina(Instagram name) is extremely unprofessional along with an older lady who I didn't even get serviced from. Got a haircut Dec 1 & it was rushed & not done properly. It was choppy & uneven. I went the following day , asked @_luizamedina if I could speak to her privately & I politely explained to her why I was there & if I could get a refund. Right away she catches an attitude & told me to come back later in the day. I came back later in the day after getting my hair fixed elsewhere. As soon as she seen me her whole demeanor changed. She rudely told me to wait in the hall. I did for a couple minutes came back in politely asked how long she thinks she would be she rudely told me "30min & that she's working on her client & her client is her number one priority". I was taken back because that's just rude & unprofessional. I was being nice & respectful. So there was no need for that type of behavior especially in a business with other clients around. So I ask her why she couldn't just hand me the $20 so I could be on my way & she looked at her client & they both laughed & she told me to step into the hall(unnecessary time being waisted when I could have been on my way with my refund) I tried explaining that I'm just there to get my refund , what's all the hostility for? Mind you this is my second time driving down there when I know she had cash on her earlier because it was 330 & it states on her Instagram that she "only takes cash" like I said before it wasn't a crazy large amount that I was asking for back it was only $20 so she could have been more courteous & just gave it to me from the get instead of making me go back & then for her to think I'm going to stand around in the hall for 30min instead of just handing me the $20 so I could be on my way is just insane & extremely unprofessional. She has a terrible attitude. Anyways she reached into her apron pulled out a $10 bill told me very sarcastically "well here is $10" & I said "$10 ? It was $20" & she said "no I'm only giving you $10 back" & aggressively shoves the $10 on my chest. I told her not to touch me. She started pointing her finger in my face telling me not to raise my voice at her. I was already recording but secretly so I faced my phone towards her & as soon as I did she aggressively pushed my hand down causing my keys to cut my finger. We have a virus going around don't shove dirty money on me & then touch my hands more than once. I was in shock & told her not to touch me & she said "what are you going to do call your little bf" I told her "no , I'll call the cops" & she said "well everyone in this salon seen what happened so it's your word against all of ours" then an older lady comes out telling me "if you don't have it on video that she touched you then it doesn't matter" I left to go get my friend who was waiting in the car parking lot & when we went back in they had the doors locked but someone opened it for us. @_luizamedina sped walked into the back of the salon & the same older lady came walking over all huffy & puffy swinging & clapping her arms telling me "go ahead & record me I've been in business for 23yrs" just very rude & unprofessional. So uncalled for. It was $20 it's not like I got my hair dyed & was asking for a large amount back , it's literally $20 but I work hard for my money & it took her 15min to cut my hair , no wash , no style she just took it out of my bun , brushed it & cut it. I've never gotten my hair cut dry & her excuse for not providing me the service I went there for was "she was running behind & didn't have time" she could have told me from the gate instead of texting me 10min before my appointment to let me know she "only accepts cash" , that seems like the more professional thing to do. I would have rescheduled so I could have gotten my hair done the proper way. It's not even about the money , it's her behavior that's just unacceptable to treat people like that. Save your money & take it to someone who cares about their clients & not just the money. Not to mention the older lady wasn't wearing a mask! read more
