This review is for the new nail artist, Sara. I met her on her last day working at Nice Nails salon near Target, and she did such a good job with my manicure that I decided to follow her to Salon Envy. She gave me her cell and I text her to make an appt. she told me her new prices over text and they were pretty high, but I dont mind paying more for quality and experience. So I show up for my appt and find out that she had double booked me, when she came to me I showed her the text messages and I asked who she had booked first, which was me. So she asked the other lady to come at a later time. I then waited for her to finish up with another client. She did a good job with my manicure, only she used the same dirty tools she had just used. She didnt even try to disguise it, the other womans cuticles were still in the trimmer. Sara is nice, and when I asked about the brand of her polishes she told me she saved a ton of money by "going to the LA Alleys where everything is cheap" and getting this brand I had never seen in any salon before. I really wished that for a nice salon like this she would have OPI or Gelish polish. She only has gel, no regular polish, so if you want a regular mani/pedi you need to bring your own polish. The salon and nail area is really cute, my only complaint is about the dirty tools and the cheap low quality polish. My nails started cracking two days after I got them done, the attached picture is from exactly a week later. I've been to some pretty crappy nail places in Visalia, but my nails always last at least 2 weeks, 3 weeks when they're done right. I won't be back, way too expensive for cracked ugly nails just days later. read more

The location is great and has reserved parking for guests behind the salon. There's also a huge parking lot next to the salon if reserved parking is full. I've witnessed the work from all stylists currently working and love each individual's creations. If you want someone who is meticulous, you won't go wrong with anyone here. Client consultations are free and they're very honest with their recommendations as to what will better serve your desired look. i will never be returning. i once asked for bangs and an ombré, and my bangs looked great but my ombré was HIGHLIGHTS. i was okay with that because it still looked great. HOWEVER, i went again to ask for a trim for my bangs and they were too short. i kept saying, "i don't want it short i don't want it short" yet she kept cutting. i didn't pay for the trimmed bangs (so i expected it) but i no longer trust the stylist savannah :) read more
