I feel this is not only an obligation on my part but it's courtesy and I don't mind. Although, after having done so. I later learned the appointment never got canceled. Which indicated the courtesy call was of no value, as well as being ignored and having to correct the schedule a second time. EWC Wax technicians are great and I always appreciate the professionalism. However, I feel the receptionist duty is an important factor in the process of continuing great customer service. Greetings should be genuine and professional at all times, which should include becoming efficient with information given/received to and from customers. There appears to be a lacking and should be addressed.

She did my Brazillian and legs really quickly and was very thorough she even took care of some pesky ingrowns. They called me back after a few minutes and she got right into it. Pain level wasn't bad and before I knew it she was done. She only lasted a few minutes and gave me a mirror to look. There was literally so many hairs left you couldn't even tell I got waxed. I asked her if it was normal to have so many hairs and she tried to take off a little bit more. Sadly I still had to go home and pluck out about 30 hairs from each side. Pretty steep prices for me to pay some one and then go home and finish it myself. First and last time I go.

Too much of my cuticle was cut so that area was sore and stung when they poured alcohol on it. The pedicure was good, but the tech cut too much on the bottom corner of my big toe so I bled. They didn't hear me say ouch, but noticed the second time I complained when they poured alcohol on my toes. Not my worst experience, but also not the best.
