She cut my hair much shorter than what I had asked for and didn't look much like what I had asked for. At the end she didn't even hand me a mirror so I could see the cut all around, specifically the back. She charged me $60 (plus tip) and it wasn't worth it. When I got home, I noticed that on the left side there were areas that some hair was longer than others. On top of the terrible hair cut, the lady that cut my hair and another employee were laughing at some clients comments she had made about herself and the other employee went on to criticize a client that she was waiting for. The both chitchatted like it was a normal thing to do. I found that disrespectful so that's another good reason not to ever go back, not that I would.

I was sure I had walked into the House of Horrors. Without even saying hello or stopping for a second to ask me how I wanted my hair, she was already jabberering nonstop, pointing to a chair and waving around a cape, ordering me to "sit down." The window shades were all closed and the interior was grim. Not a single customer came the whole time. It gets worse. She hurriedly slops on the color, yammering that she "knows that she's doing," lol...when she doesn't. The shampoo was likewise sloppy. After plying me with negative stories about her life and other salons around town, she finally sat down in a distant chair (whew! I was finally able to read my book) and proceeded to watch some noisy program. I went inside to get my haircut and colored and nobody would help me they told me that there was…read morebusiness cards on the desk that I could get a card call one of those numbers to see when I could schedule to get service done. I took two different business cards called both numbers left messages about numbers and explained I was a new customer left my phone number told them the services I was looking for and nobody ever returned my phone call not anybody at all. So I have told everybody not to go to Virginia and company and I will not be spending my money there and I have a lot of money to spend. Ask for quality I couldn't tell you because I never got service. And the vibe was pretty weird because everything was done on the other side of the wall and there was nobody there at the desk to greet you I had to wait about 10-15 minutes before somebody was coming inside that work there that explained to me how to get a card off the counter to call for service so absolutely not going to happen.
