She recommended the hot stones for my circulation concerns (I had mild edema since I began taking a new medication 4 months ago). I thought that meant I'd get a more laid back and relaxing service. My manicure felt rushed and the polish layers were lumpy. Too much of my cuticle was cut so that area was sore and stung when they poured alcohol on it. The pedicure was good, but the tech cut too much on the bottom corner of my big toe so I bled. They didn't hear me say ouch, but noticed the second time I complained when they poured alcohol on my toes. Not my worst experience, but also not the best.

Leslie Gong aka The Little Estie: She's really amazing at holistic facials and my fave always feels so much better after I'm done. She's been doing my face for at least a year and she always customizes to exactly what I need, plays calming music and has a lovely demeanor.
