Staff were friendly, but the dirty nail clipper and her using her finger nail as a tool to get under my nail made me cringe. I did love her filing technique. Very narrow and coffinesque. It's definitely the bare minimum. My tech scrubbed the side of my toe with a pumice stone until it bled, then completely ignored dry spots on my heel. It definitely doesn't take much to spend like 30 extra seconds on the heel for a pedicure. I mean there is no excuse for anyone to leave with dry heels. Adding 30 seconds to the service doesn't cost anything. I am very disappointed. Especially when she spent the whole time scrubbing the side of my toe! I had to ask her to stop. Why not just use that time on the heels! I truly do not understand the logic. The massage should not be called a massage. There was zero pressure. She just lightly rubbed a pea sized amount lotion (maybe lotion? There is zero smell so who knows what it was) over the same spot over and over and over. I'm mainly mad about my bleeding toe and dry heels. Will not be back that's for sure. That was maybe the worst pedicure I've had. Zero attention to detail. Now I know why they call this place "happiness" : they can pull off a pedicure and a full set in an hour!! I could not believe how many people were coming in. I've never seen anything like it!! They had about 10 staff present and clients were coming in nonstop! Over 20 people in an hour! They are so fast serving people. The pedicure was basic, nothing fancy, and the "massage" was rubbing the lotion in for 2 minutes each leg. He scrubbed my feet well and polished my toes with gel polish. I hate when you ask for square and end up with almond or say coffin shape and it's nothing of the sort or ask any specifics and the end result is anything than what you asked ... but not today!! I came in after reviewing SEVERAL nail shops . I even drove 30 minutes for this aka passing at least 15 shops and well worth it . David is who I requested and was very happy with the results. He salvaged a set a bad done that left me with fat bulky nails. He asked me how I wanted the shape and length and he delivered JUST that! This used to be my go to place. The last two times I have gone for a pedicure I have left disappointed. Yesterday was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had. I do not know my nail technicians name, but it was a male and he is bald. I asked for the $45 pedicure. My nails look like a 10-year-old painted them. He did a terrible job at trimming them, and they are all very uneven. He used the nail file on maybe two out of 10 nails so lots of sharp edges. He clipped the cuticles on one toe that's it. The sugar scrub and the massage were sup par and rushed. The polish job is very uneven and it's all over my toes, I did not get the clearcoat, so they are not even shiny. I am very disappointed. My pedicure was horrible. Nail polish all over the sides of my toes, nail polish on my actual skin on the knuckle, he also skipped the top coat on my big toe. Although a nice guy, you can tell this tech was newer. The water was way too hot, water was squirting out of the bucket... I'm so upset at this visit. Usually they're very good, but if you're gonna give me a new "tech" in training, I don't believe that I should be paying full price. I always come and get pedicure and I love them well today I decided to go ahead and get acrylic nail to, because I've enjoyed coming. Rambo did my nails, overall i like the color etc but one nail is messed up and looks bad I asked him to fix it and he said he did. But all he did was file the side, the nail should've been removed and put back on as it was put on crooked. It's very noticeable and I'm so upset, I'm not a person to complain or be confronting, but he seen the mess up and I asked him to fix it and he did not. He was in a rush the whole time and I feel like he didn't really try, I've been going there for several years, and this was a horrible experience I don't know that I'll be back unless I'm refunded ... 57$ later and very unhappy!! The only place I go! Been going here for about 2 years now. They always do a good job and want you to be satisfied. Place is clean, prices are reasonable. They even have a decent rewards system if you pay cash. Also highly recommend getting the paraffin wax when you're getting a mani/pedi. They repaired my chipped nails for free, which was very kind of them. I was prepared to pay as the chips happened after a week or so. I would recommend making an appointment though, sometimes they can get busy during the day. Owner/manager is always there and always very nice/accommodating. read more

I wanted "cat eye" polish & she said it looks best on black. OK I got my nails painted black & when she put the "cat eye" coat on and used the magnetic tool to give it the look it's supposed to have. Well either it didn't work or she didn't know what she was doing. I said I would choose something else & she ignored me & hurried to do the rest of my second hand, put oil on, & said thank you then got up and walked away. I've come here three times and the first time service was good these last two times have been bad. I don't recommend- especially not serviced by the two men. Second visit: pedicure was not done well at all I went home with rough heels, he barely scrubbed my dead skin off at all -- I think because he wanted me to upgrade to callus removal? which was unnecessary because I didn't have much Third visit: I had a full set and pedicure done by the older guy. The first picture is what I asked if he could do and he told me he could but did a really bad job and still charged me full price. All he did was draw squiggles which look very bad was not what I asked for. I'm upset that he said yes he could do the marble if he knew he couldn't-- it was very unprofessional, he should've had said no and I would've happily chosen something else because I wanted my nails to come out nice. During the entire process he was also distracted watching shows on his phone. When he takes me back to do my pedicure it lasted literally no more than 20 mins my massage was about 15 seconds. My toe nails were cut rounded and super short which I didn't want. He left me an ingrown nail on my big toe and dried gel paint on my skin (he didn't clean up the paint). I went to this salon a few weeks ago, and it was the worst experience I've ever received.The nail tech used a nail drill WITHOUT the sand paper the entire time. He used just the metal of the nail drill on HIGH on my natural nail beds the entire time! I told this tech how he was hurting me at least 5 times, all my nail beds were burning. I kept pulling my hands back and then he just started spraying my hands with what I assume is alcohol.He never apologized, or turned down the drill. My fill was done in 25 minutes; the entire service from drilling my previous gel, applying the acrylic, placing my nails under the light, etc. my nail beds were hurting when he was applying the acrylic and hurting even more under the UV light. My nails were sticky when I left. I called the shop right after I left and spoke to the gentleman in the front who greets everyone, he responded with "well, what do you want?" I explained to him I wanted them to be notified that their nail techs are performing services that are not sanitary and I didn't appreciate that I paid for a service that I was highly unsatisfied with. I explained to that man that my nails looked completely fine. A couple days go by, and I contact the shop because I wanted a refund. I spoke with that same gentleman again, and I advised him I wanted to speak with a manager or owner. He said if i have a complaint on my nails i should send them a picture of how they looked. I kept telling him that the way they looked fine, but I paid for a nail tech to perform SAFE nail practices, i did not pay for them to try damage my nail beds or try to just rush me out. He took responsibility that the nail tech was at fault and said i could come in and get them redone by another tech. I explained once again that they looked fine, and there's no reason for me to come in and get a fill. Secondly, my nail beds were still damaged and i was not trying to go through more drilling. He said they could offer 50% off gift certificate. I advised the service wasn't about a color on my nails, and I wanted a full refund, so he said he they would honor a gift certificate for that shop. He passed the phone to a woman who tried to defend this nail tech, and she said " well it was done so fast because some nail techs are more experienced then others." I told them to pay back the cameras and they'll see I wasn't lying. She tried to say i have sensitive nail beds. I'm no nail tech, but I've been getting my nails done for 10 years and i have never had a nail tech be so rough & unsanitary. The phone was passed back to the guy who told me if i could come in that day to get the certificate. I will take responsibility that i did not go that day, i am 9 months pregnant and live all the way across town. Yesterday I went into the shop to get a fill and spoke to the gentleman I had been communicating with over the phone. I politely told him how I should have a gift certificate due to the circumstances that happened the last time I was in the shop. This man was so rude and loud " that's not valid anymore. I told you 1-2 days to come pick up that certificate so i could see your nails. 3 days MAX. Now that you want a fill? you want that certificate? That's not how we roll" EXCUSE ME? He NEVER said I had a certain time period to come pick up the certificate. Secondly, I told him AGAIN my nails looked fine, that was not the complaint so why would he need to look at my nails? . I told him i live all the way across town, I'm not just going to drive all the way over there. Isn't the point of the a certificate to come back to the shop to receive service? He got to loud and humiliated me in front of the entire shop, yelled at me to the point I just left. He made it look like I was just trying to be cheap, when in fact I was just frustrated with their customer service. read more

My daughter & her friend went to get pedicures, her friend took her own polish to match her nails for a dance and they yelled at her for it and upped the price, the owner and her tech got into a verbal argument in their language in the shop, they cut my daughters toe during the pedicure, it was bleeding allot and she was told her to shake it off in the water it wasn't cleaned with alcohol or anything as a result she got an infection on her toe! The polish chipped the next day on every toe too. I would not recommend this place at all. Very poor customer service!! read more

It seems like a lot of the good staff is not here anymore. I used to go to Lily, but shes gone. (if anyone knows where she works now let me know!) But anyways, the last time I went here it was not a good experience...but I decided since I was around the area I'd give them a shot again. I ended up doing a manicure with gel and the tech I had (I think her name was See), was on her phone when I came to her table and she just kept texting when I sat down. I could tell by her body language she didn't want to be there. When she finally started she was just rushing through it that she cut my middle finger. She just kept going and kept spraying it with alcohol to stop the bleeding (which obviously hurt) and she put polish over it. She also dried my nails fast which created that lumpy effect. To end everything she massaged my hands for like 1 minute each hand which was sad. I don't think Ill be returning after this experience. A waste of $35. read more

This place looks nice and clean from the outside but I have learned is strictly money driven. I went in to remove my acrylics because I can't have polish/gel/acrylics for work. They continuously badgered me "just removal? No gel? Not even polish?" Then when I sat down the manicurist said, "you're getting a manicure right?" And again, I said no ONLY a removal. Nothing more. I was expecting a proper removal to keep my nails healthy & strong, then the manicurist begins ripping my nails off, with shreds of my actual nail coming off with it. I stopped him and asked him if he could soak and file them off to protect my own natural nail and he said no, that I should have asked before he started. Then I told him that that didn't make sense because I have had them properly removed before and still had a whole hand for him to remove and he couldn't care less. He said nothing and continued to rip my nails off and left them shredded up. I will not be coming back here again. After all that, he charged me $10 for something I could've done at home when on yelp the prices begin at $5. Again, I've had my nails properly removed before and they charged me $8. I wonder what this manicurist would've done to remove acrylics at a $5 charge considering how my nails look now with a $10 charge. The manicurist was rude and inconsiderate. Service was good. Of course I was complicated and change my color twice not during the nails but before. The pedicure I choose the person next to me got it but they had a different scrub I didn't get no scrub but it was the same thing. Anyways mine lasted about 22 mins when time says 30 min the one I choose. The massage didn't last either, I had to comment on how to fix one side. Love this nail salon! I've been going here since they opened and they always make sure I'm taken care of. Yesterday, I had a guy I had never seen before doing my pedicure. He seemed to be rushing and didn't ask me any questions. When I got home, I noticed that my nails and polish were pretty uneven, and one of the nails had chipped already! I came in today and explained my issues. He looked at my toes and agreed they were messed up. He got me seated right away and Lan is taking great care of me. She took the gel polish off and started from scratch. I was nervous coming in to complain because I know it's a family business and I never want to be rude or nitpick, but they validated my concerns and didn't question me. I love that they stand by their work. I'll continue being a loyal customer here! I also want to say they always are very clean. Every time I get a manicure or pedicure here, they open a fresh sterilized bag of tools. That's something really important to me.
