I've been coming to this nail salon for a while, but after today, I won't be returning. While their service is quick, I was overcharged. I paid $43 for a basic pedicure with a single-color gel polish. I handed the technician $60, and she returned only $7 in change when it should have been $17. I didn't realize at the time that she had already kept $10 of my change as a tip so at the end, I tipped her an additional $10 in cash, which she accepted without saying a word. I don't mind tipping for good service, but tips should be given not taken without permission. For anyone visiting, make sure to double-check your total and your change before you leave. read more

After reading some of the reviews, I was kind of spectacle going in at first , but I'm really glad I did the customer service which was something I read about a lot in the reviews has definitely been better. They were very nice helpful and made feel very comfortable. As for the service, I got the deluxe manicure and pedicure. I can overall say they did such a good job. Went today 7/19/25 for a spa pedicure, the tech had an attitude from the beginning & I had to tell her to shape my nails. When she finished I said this is the first time I was not happy with the service,she immediately had an attitude. When I paid for the services she threw my change on the counter, I politely picked it up & threw it back on the counter & told her to give to me like I gave it to her in my hand. Despite waiting 1 hour with my feet soaking in lukewarm water, my pedi came out really good and the customer service was great. I decided to get an eyebrow wax and that's where it went bad. I ended up having some painful skin lifting/burning! I have gotten waxed NUMEROUS times before and have never had this. It is so painful and overall just unsightly!!! The customer service and my pedi was great. But the waxing definitely didn't go well and I don't think I will be returning. I also want to add that the wax job was awful! When I got home and noticed this in the mirror there was TONS of stray hairs and unevenness. The gentleman who did my nails was watching soccer the entire time, cut 3 of my fingers to where they were drawing blood, I have an almond shaped nail and they are more like deformed almond shape by the time I was done. Not a single nail is painted all the way to the sides, and almost all my nails have the top coat hardened in puddles on the sides of my nails. I will never come back they were so weird they sprayed alcohol on my foot and it stared to burn they were hurting me while they were taking the axis nail polish off they were being so nosy asking where i lived how much sibling and weird things like that. The guy that was doing my friends toes he was being really weird with her are asking her for her number and he left and came back smelling like cigars and she felt uncomfortable. She was on her way to the bathroom and he winked at her he was trying to take her phone. My foot stared to get itch and put a free flower on her big toe and did not take off our dead skin we also got marks and scratches on our legs and feet we are all under 18 years old . This is my second time coming here, I absolutely love this place! The staff is so sweet, they welcome you in then one of the guys brings you a bottle water and I got seated in my pedicure station, water was a bit cool, but as soon as I told the girl doing my pedi she warmed it up for me (I like it hot) toes looked amazing! I also got a manicure by the same lady, love my nails! Definitely going back. Side note: the older woman needs work on her manners or maybe how she says certain things lol. The wait was a bit long due to them only having 4 technicians working. And the don't rush which is good and bad when you're on a time limit. My sister and I came in today for her birthday and asked for a full set. After having to wait 30 min for the one working technician to finish, out of 4 technicians in the salon, the service was less than satisfactory. My sister asked for a specific design. They refused to ombré the acrylic and said they could only do white polish. Basically kept arguing that her design would never work. I had to sit and wait an addition 35 min for a woman to "be ready" and when I showed her my design which was just pink and white ombré with a light layer of glitter. She said she could not do that and that the person that does isn't here. I could pick a solid color and that is all. I decided against it. Paying 60 bucks for a set that I don't even like or get to have near what I want is not ok. I've given this place so many chances and this is the last one. I'd suggest if you want to get what YOU WANT, don't come to this place. If you have no problem paying for what they are willing to do, by all means this is your place. The frustrating part is this was suppose to be a girls day with my sister for her 16th birthday. Next time I will definitely be choosing a place that will at-least try to make the paying customer happy. And not push them around. It seems like there aren't many places like that anymore sadly. Take your money elsewhere, I came in with my little sister the guy who did my pedi kept being persistent on me getting a more expensive pedi I kept saying no after the 6th time he gave up & started catching attitude his wrist was hurt so he scrubbed my foot for literally 3 seconds & complained about his wrist which is fine but why try to make me spend more when you can barely do your job on top of that after he got done he looked at me & shook his head ! I didn't give 5 stars for the fact the price increase is huge for me and the fact they charge $13 for gel is completely insane to me. Update December 2019: I have been here multiple times now and always get a different technician. The pedicures are always amazing here. The gel/dip manicures are probably mediocre at best---but I haven't had all of the technicians do my manicure so maybe that's not fair. If all you want is a basic manicure, then it's fine. I went back for a gel acrylic tips manicure after my bad experience with dip powder. It truly depends on your technician...bc I got an older gentleman and the tips he put on didn't completely stay. So there is a gap between my nail and the tip. I don't like having long nails bc it bothers me and I work a lot with my hands. I kept on asking for him to cut the tip shorter and he said he couldn't bc he would end up cutting my finger off. What? Okay. Fine, just file it down. So he did. But he said, oh you should keep it long bc it looks nice. I gave up and went home and filed it down myself. Honestly, I really like this place, but I will just need to request specific technicians. November 2019: I tried dip powder since my friend raved about it and said it's better than gel. Well I hated it. The technician was the lady with the glasses. Mine came out so thick and looked like pillow tops on my nails. My friend had a different lady do hers and it came out nice. And I think it's gross when you just the same jar for dipping for everyone's nails--seems unsanitary since you don't have ppl wash their hands first. Y'all, I found my go to person and place for pedicures. Daniel is the man!!!!! I got the sea spa pedicure and it was amazing. The callus remover and scrub was great!!! Then he trimmed and got the nasty excess skin off. The paint job was impeccable....he really took his time to paint and clean up the polish.
