I've been having a rough week, so I decided to get a last minute pedicure and manicure. There were only two people working and one other customer. I thought that meant I'd get a more laid back and relaxing service. My manicure felt rushed and the polish layers were lumpy. Too much of my cuticle was cut so that area was sore and stung when they poured alcohol on it. The pedicure was good, but the tech cut too much on the bottom corner of my big toe so I bled. They didn't hear me say ouch, but noticed the second time I complained when they poured alcohol on my toes. Not my worst experience, but also not the best. read more

There were 3 technicians, 3 customers in chairs and 1 waiting; I was seated in less than 15 mins. The staff was friendly and I was delighted that all Gel colors were available as a regular option, which broadens their palette then most salons... I opted for the Classic Mani/Pedi ($48) + Callus Removal $7. The tech took her time, but, unfortunately, I felt she was NOT cleaning as much as I like. Same for the callus removal and yes, I asked her multiple times to where I was just ok just let her finish. She did a good paint job on my toes. They have signs up asking for no pictures so I respected that. It's a shame because this place is really lovely. All of the other ships in Visalia scared me. And I refuse to go to them after reading All of those bad reviews in fear that I'll get some infection. This place, they opened a new package of tools which made me feel really comfortable. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy so I didn't have to wait and didn't have an appointment. I only get Pedicures so there current prices as of August 2023: Regular/Gel Classic pedicure: $30/ $43 Angel Pedicure: $42/ $55 Luxury pedicure: $49/ $62 According to the descriptions, there wasn't a significant difference between them honestly, but I got the luxury just to see if they did anything unique. It included the massage, the wax baggie, a mint mask, a mud mask, and the hot towels. They had their daughters helping out which really helped since they spoke English fluently, it helped both the client and the staff so there was no confusion. Their daughters are so sweet and smart. I went in for a full set and experience was mediocre not good or bad just meh the workers were nice enough even though they mutter things under their breath and my nail lady put all of the wrong tip sizes on my nails because she said i had big fingers but it doesn't matter like she didn't ask me my opinion idc if my fingers are big i would've said to make them actual tip size so they actually fit, i can literally see my real nail poking out of both sides of every one probably won't come again but that's also due to the fact that i got them done on the 15 it's the 22nd and two of them broke already like i paid $65 i want to get my moneys worth and that means them lasting minimum of two weeks and now i feel inclined to take the rest off bc the set looks dumb with two nails half broken they came out really nice just the rest ruined it for me personally read more

Likes: 1) Cleanliness. Dislikes make the cleanliness factor nonexistent IMO Dislikes: 1) The chairs were honestly not comfy. He moved me up so close it was kind of unbearable. 2) I did NOT like how he used the cuticle remover/clippers to get rid of some of my dead skin on my heel and foot, it didn't feel great as he used it to scrape skin off rather than like cut it off I GUESS. It should have been scrubbed off with a pumice . It was actually uncomfortable the longer it went on. 3) The scrub was meh on my legs, he was too gentle which is different from every other place I've ever been too, that isn't going to get any dead skin off and he only scrubbed each leg for a minute (timed on a timer on my phone) 4) He started to do lotion, just placed it on my legs really it and wrapped a towel over each leg, very weird, and no massage until after the white part of the French was done and again it was so gentle my cat would have done a better job and it was 30 seconds the first leg and the second was 2 minutes, then back to the first for 43 more seconds. This was so bad I wish I didn't have to time the massage, but it kept getting worse as it went on 5) He dilated the polish in from of me... 6) I also did NOT care for their prices. Mainly because of how bad the pedicure was. 7) Holy crap how can such a hot mess of a pedicure take so long. It was almost an hour and a half not including the wait time. I'm normally in and out in 45 minutes including dry time. 8) I asked for a french pedicure and he didn't even do the pink color after the white tips, just a clear coat. That's an American pedicure, I asked for the pink and he said normally people don't want that and tried to look for something they probably don't even have. He also did 2 coats of the clear which at this point is stupid, I just want to leave. 8) EXTREMELY rude when I pointed out all the issues when asking for a revised payment. One of the ladies also tried to place hands on me to remove polish while standing at the front trying to pay for services I actually received. Overall I asked for the angel pedicure and it was suppose to be better than a classic pedi with callus remover and exfoliation. I would have done a better job at home in my bathtub. He barley scrubbed my legs with the scrub and the "callus remover" was using a cuticle removed to scrape off dead skin, which he didn't even get most off. He was so gentle with the scrub and when he did use the pumice stone that was also gentle it was non existent. I wrote this review in real time as it was happening. I left ZERO tip and WILL NOT be returning, I didn't even want to pay it was so bad, so I asked politely to only pay for the basic pedicure because that's what the results showed I got. They got extremely rude and upset and started to yell. I pointed out the dead skin and he offered to cut it off. Im sorry it should have been exfoliated off with the pumice stone. God I wish I took videos. This was the WORST pedicure I've ever had. Do NOT go here. UPDATE: Their response proves the lack of understanding of the issue I had. I understand the Original costs. I simply asked to pay for what I received which was not a French, it was an American so 1/4 my toe painted with white polish and no pink on the rest and a top coat. That's not worth $7 more if anything it's worth less because my whole toe(s) weren't even painted. They did not meet that by the crappy pedicure and horrible service. This place is a nightmare. Do not go there. I didn't even get a French I got an American which isn't what I asked for. And upon asking they couldn't find the color needed. Just horrible customer service. When I spoke up about the pink I got "well everyone doesn't want the pink" then maybe ask before assuming what we want. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to ask to remove dead skin that should be removed with the service. I usually do not leave bad reviews but this was the worst service I've experienced on top of my nails not looking good , they were rude. & did not care about what I asked for.. I got a gel manicure, white French tip that was very uneven and sloppy, they overly cut around my cuticle area leaving the area around my nails sensitive and red. I had long nails and simply wanted them shaped and they left me with no length. The man working on my hands was also very aggressive when working on my hands and kept complaining on me not "relaxing my hands" My pedicure was just as bad , my nails were cut way too short & really bad which ended up causing an ingrown, something I had never dealt with before. If someone ends up coming to this place don't let them cut your nails...First and last time I come here, do not recommend to anyone read more

I came here for a full on my acrylic nails a month or two ago. I was impressed with their time to detail! They found that the last place I went did not do a very good job and kept me fixed up for June and July. When I was ready to take off the acrylics, they were pros! I had them remove my acrylics and Tract suggested a powder dip with gel polish over that until they grow out. I am very happy with them! I have found a new nail home! read more

I wanted to like this place because of the convenience of being close to home and the flexible hours. But this last time I was there I was publicly shamed in front of other customers. I got shamed for not going every two weeks for gel mani touch-up. The nail tech lady was bickering to her customer about me not going every two weeks and was complaining for a good few minutes while I was getting my mani by the other nail tech. I usually go every three to four weeks the most. It's humiliating getting shamed in front of others just because I don't routinely go every two weeks. Just because I don't look like I may speak your language doesn't mean I don't understand the bad talk you talk down on to your customers. Unfortunately I don't feel comfortable going back. DONT GO HERE!!! Well I was going to write a neutral review but I can't do that without sugar coating it . It hasn't even been a few hours and a nail broke .... I thought this place would be good considering the reviews but maybe it was just people being nice . Their set up is disappointing, they do bare minimum and subpar work with attitude when asked to correct mistakes they use excuses and throw a fit .They prioritize regular customers and appointments over walk-ins but not in a good way .I called prior to see if they had time for 2 sets and 2 pedicures just to find out they did they just didn't want to . I guess you get a cheap job for cheap prices ‍, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE !!! Had a wonderful pedicure here yesterday! Both my husband and I got deluxe pedicures (I think they call them luxury on the menu). My reluctant husband had never had a pedicure before, and he left telling me that he wants to come to all of my appointments! I chose gel polish (the best for toes, in my opinion) and they had OPI for a $2 upcharge. I went with it and loved my color. Great service, clean shop, I'll definitely be back! Just stepped out from one of the most relaxing pedicures I've ever had! My nail tech was so gentle yet efficient when it came to scrubbing my feet & taking care of my cuticles. The gel looks great too. I got a glittery color and she went through several times so the glitter would show up. Overall the service didn't take very long either! Was out in 45 minutes. If I could select zero stars, that's what it would be as soon as I went in, they were relentlessly asking if I wanted gel or acrylic and I told them I wanted acrylic specifically seven times and they still tried to convince me saying that gel would be faster and I had to keep saying no because I knew what I wanted. After that they were a little bit rude because they didn't do what they wanted, though. They didn't cut my cuticles. They didn't cut my nails. They only filed the top of my nails, so the falsie could stick. They didn't check to see if any of my nails were even so they're really crooked especially when you compare my hands. They didn't evenly coat my nails and polishing, some nails look darker and chunkier than others, and there's a lot of bumps from them, not allowing the polish to dry correctly. When I was getting my nails done, I was talking to the workers and they said that there are only three of them there at all times, I'm only mentioning that because the male that did my nails had got interrupted by one of his female coworkers -she was rushing him to finish because she wanted to go home- and she did a horrible job painting my nails. He did an OK job on the shape but I would not recommend going here unless you like supporting small businesses. Nobody there can actually do proper nails or treatment. & I almost forgot, they had the audacityyy to charge me 68$. I think they gave me the gel price although I specifically asked for acrylic multiple times. read more
