I stopped by while in town visiting family and I had some time to kill so I decided a mani and pedi would do the trick. I was seated right away and offered some complimentary beverages. I did not catch the name of the gentleman who provided the service, but he was friendly. I went for the basic mani and pedi with no polish. He used a drill to smooth out the nail beds and he pulled rather than cut the cuticles. I despise drills and would have preferred to get my nails buffed instead. I stopped by earlier today for a pedicure. There were a few customers ahead of me but I didn't have to wait long. The establishment is on the smaller side, which I don't mind. The employee who attended me did an excellent job. They offered me a variety of snacks and drinks. I felt comfortable there, I've been to other salons where it's very obvious that they're gossiping about you. I purchased a " deluxe/higher tier" pedicure. My only complaint is my feet don't have that super soft feeling that I get from other salons. read more

I went by to lovely nails around 6:00pm and the door was locked. The owner came and opened the door, closing time was 7:00pm, she asked me if I didn't mind waiting 30minutes or so. I agreed to come in and sit down. Not even five minutes passed when a police officer came and a girl came forward to talk to the officer. One of the employees was aggressively outspoken against a 16 year old girl, who forgot to bring enough money to pay for the entire nail job. She said her friend was on her way with the rest of the money. After 10 minutes the officer walked out grabbing the girl by the arm and put her in his patrol car. 5 minutes after this incident her friend came with the rest of the money. The girl remained in the patrol car. I would not recommend this place. It was very unsettling. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would!!!! First off the guy was to busy talking and not pay attention. He cut my sister foot with the cuticle remover tool. She was non stop bleeding! They still had the nerve to charge us full price! I don't not recommend this place! Thought we would try it out because it under new ownership but I will not be going back. Please go else where! Plenty of other mail shops around with better service and people who PAY ATTENTION!!! read more

Stay away from this salon. This was the worst mani pedi I've ever experienced and I get my nails done often. The manicurist didn't use cuticle remover before cutting my cuticles and they were jagged the next day and uneven. She didn't file my nails correctly and painted nail polish on my skin. I know my toenails are short, but she didn't even notice how bad it was and I actually had to fix it myself. Horrible customer service and the woman was trying to argue with me about my complaint on nail polish on my skin. The utensils are not clean and are used on multiple people. Overall bad experience. read more

The man that gave me a pedicure clipped my big toe and drew blood. He tried to cover for hurting me. My toenail turned blue and it's taken me 3 years to get rid of the tonail fungus. Don't go here. It's a fungus palace! read more

I give them a 4.5! Great service, the owner was very friendly, and took her time and made me feel very relaxed. I take off half a point because my daughter had another young lady who did her nails and she wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed to be doing the nails of a 6 year old. The worst place ever. I do not recommend this place at all. Girl there worked on my daughter's nails for 2 hrs. Customers after us were in and out. The nails were lumpy and awfuly thick. I will never take my daughter there again. I complained about their service and asked to fix it and they said no and supposly have a 10 dollar discount. Still paid 35 for nails thAt have to be fixed. This is the worst nail salon ever! My nails were uneven and took over two hours to get a simple pedicure and white tips. In addition, they refused to wax my eyebrows and insisted on threading them. The lady ended up cutting me while threading causing horrible pain. This place is awful. read more
