Its been awhile since I visited here , I just wanted a pedicure. First they partially filled my pedicure tub with cold water. Then I waited and waited . As I waited the male technician doing a pedicure on the customer next to was definitely mad about something. Although he wasn't speaking English his tone of voice and body gestures and getting up and pacing gave him away. The poor lady he was working on kept looking at me with her mouth open not knowing what to say. I asked her what the problem was and she said she didn't know but he was doing this for awhile. The Other technicians said nothing to him but just laughed . Then a new person came in they sat her Down next to me and started with her right away . This is no way to run a business. I told the poor lady next to me good luck got up and walked out wet cold feet and all. Never will I return to this establishment.... read more

I came in today for a full set and pedicure The service was okay. However the nail technician that did my nails left a white residue on the Cuticle that I asked about and he said oh that's normal it will come off in a few days as I asked in a few days with a surprise face he said yes and began to try to file it away it still didn't come off I paid for a full set $50 dollars that was not worth the work . They also do charge for the shape of the nail that you want Not worth the money and the disappointment of not having pretty hands after paying $50 read more

5 stars because I'm from Southern California and majority of places in LA do a outstanding job with my nails. I've been in Lemoore for 7 months and I've been so nervous to get my nails done anywhere due to yelp reviews. I know it's a small town but the quality of my nails are great. Thank you to 'T' for doing a great job and being so friendly. My husband also got a pedicure and the staff was tentative and friendly! I would recommend this place! 10/10 read more

Super disappointed in this place, they have absolutely no organization. Came on a Sunday. There were people in chairs only 3 workers told us a 10 min wait we were sat in chairs by the ten minutes soaking in water. But waiting in cold water for over 20 for myself and almost an hour for my mother. I also asked for a manicure. Now the waiting room is full. Instead of telling their customers a real wait time they lie to get your business but just makes a more frustrated customer. I would've been happier if I was told back to come in an hour. The nail tech didn't do all that was listed on the pedicure menu and I was never able to get my manicure because they chose to help a customer you came in way after me. Won't be coming back here, avoid this place at all costs. read more

$35 for pedicure that included a scrub and callus removal. Service was quick. My nails look like they are different colors, there is polish on my skin and looks messy. The salon is clean and quiet. My daughter, daughter in law and I went out for a girls spa day for my birthday. The young man who gave my daughter a pedicure and my daughter in law a set of gel nails was more interested in watching his phone than he was in giving good service. He short served the time we paid for for the volcano pedicure and he rushed through the , the set of nails, not to mention making my daughter in law feel like she was interrupting him and something he would rather be doing ( watching a soccer game). He was rude to her and she left picking acrylic away from the side of her nails. Between the nails, pedicures and manicures we spent almost $300 only to come out feeling short changed. read more

I went there a couple of weeks ago with some friends. We all got pedicures. They were super thorough. We all got the basic pedicure with gel and they did a great job with each of us! No one had rough edges or missing spots on our polish. Our feet looked clean and exfoliated. They even offered us little bottles of water. Would definitely return again. read more

By FAR the best place to get your nails done around here! Today I was a walk in and got a fill and a pedicure. Not gonna lie I was pretty scared as the last place out here I tried was the worsssttt! But from the moment I walked into here I felt such a relief, they were extremely friendly, kind and most importantly PROFESSIONAL the entire time of my visit. There was a lady sitting next to me who couldn't decide on a color for her nails and changed the color about 3 different times (we've ALL been there) but the gentlemen doing her nails was extremely patient and understanding. Which I was shocked because anytime I've changed my colors part way ive always received attitude throughout the remainder of my visits at other establishments. But nope. He kept letting her know it's totally okay. And made sure she was happy. I had the pleasure of having Emily as my nail technician today. And she was purely amazing. During my nails she made sure I was happy with the shape, the color, and everything of my nails. She continued with my pedicure as well. I chose the "spa volcano pedicure" with the lavender scent (YES! They have different scents) I informed her I had ingrown nails in my big toes. She was gentle and made sure to listen and actually get them out for me. And as a woman who is 30 weeks pregnant needs that! So I truly appreciated it. Not to mention when I asked for my water to be hotter she listened! Cuz let's be real... nobody wants cold water to soak their feet in. Overall I was sooo impressed with this establishment. The rest of the time I live out here I refuse to go anywhere else. I will recommend this place to everyone I know out here!!! The service here is lackluster. The staff doesn't show up to open on time, and arrive 20 mins late without apology. Then, you have to wait because the person who does acrylics isn't there yet... ummm... aren't you all licensed manicurists? The whole visit from start to finish was terrible. Walked in, wasn't greeted, sat down and was asked what I wanted 5 mins later. Finally got started with the younger male nail tech. He did not speak to me but to ask what color. He filed my nail so deep it went past my own nail down to my skin underneath. I pulled my hand back in pain and he still didn't say a word. He filed my cuticles and skin along with my nails on all my fingers. My nails are crooked, and not the same shape. He seemed very rushed and impatient while pulling on my fingers a twisting them to get them to move to his liking. I paid $45 for garbage and to leave with bloody nail beds. I will never come back and will never recommend this establishment. read more

I'm new to the area and decided to support my local nail salon before attending my party this weekend. I walked into the spa to a gentleman who continued to look down as I stood there. I went ahead and greeted him and I was seated. The spa wasn't clean. The seat where I sat had dirt and what looked like food crumbs. The gentleman began my service and paid attention to detail. When it came to the massage he only applied lotion and massaged my calf area. He didn't massage my feet and it only lasted about 3- 4 of the 10 minutes that was required. The mask, gel, and calluses remover he used worked very well and I enjoyed that part of my service. I asked for a color and he said okay, but when my pedicure was about done I noticed it wasn't the right color. It may have been a language barrier so I didn't say anything. Also, the color looked very nice! When he began taking off my gel on my hands he switched with a younger gentleman that took over. Again I asked for a color but this time he told me they didn't have it so he offered me another color. I agreed and the color came out lovely. However, he did a messy job on my manicure. The powder that was applied was very lumpy and so was the mail polish. He never put a base/protective coat on my nails and when I asked why not he told me I didn't need it. When he was done he just got up and stood at the register. I never got my hand massage or any more shaping to get rid of the excess gel on my fingers. I was very dissatisfied and I told him again how thick and messy the polish was. He looked at my hands and never said anything and never tried to attempt to fix it. Luckily I love the color, but the service wasn't the best and I didn't appreciate that he ignored my concern about the messiness and thickness of the polish on my nails. I think I would have tried to give them another chance after my pedicure, but the manicure service was very unprofessional and I believe customer service is very important. Not worth the money. I will not be returning to this business. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. I walked in on Valentine's Day to treat myself before I had to be home and got a gel pedicure the Deluxe Package and I got a full set of acrylic with gel. The guy that was doing my pedicure didn't seem like he wanted to be there and was visibly frustrated and everyone kept checking to see if he was doing a good job. He was obviously new and I didn't sweat it at all, he ended up doing a great job, I'm there to relax and get my nails done and he didn't mess them up at all and came out great. The guy that does the acrylics is absolutely amazing. He is the sweetest person and we had a great conversation. We was so quick getting my nails done it was crazy. He did a cute little design also and we had fun talking. Literally the nicest person I've ever got my nails done by, and they're perfect, perfect shape size and colors I asked for. He really works with you. I overheard them saying this is a new shop, with a new owner that book over Bella Nails that was here before. Well I love the new spa, the prices are amazing.
